The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held at St. John’s  Elementary School, located at 925 Chenery Street, on Tuesday, October 18th, 2016 at 7:00pm. Light refreshments will be provided. All are welcome to attend.

Two women passengers, causing a disturbance on a #43 Muni bus, attacked a Muni security personnel. The Muni employees told Ingleside Officers Campos and Christ, the two women were being loud and disruptive and the Muni personnel asked the couple to leave. One of the women stood up and declined to leave and started pushing then punching a security officer on the bus. The two exited the bus where the altercation continued until the suspect pulled a knife and started walking toward the security officer. At that point other security personnel intervened and the two women suspects fled northbound on San Jose Avenue from Geneva. Report number: 160794050


8:10pm       Brazil/Edinburgh                   Robbery
A man and his 7 month pregnant wife, walking east on Brazil Street, noticed a suspicious car stop right next to them. Two men exited the car while holding guns. One of the men put the barrel of his weapon into the male victim’s stomach and demanded his property. When the victim said he didn’t have any property, one of the suspects punched him in the face with a closed fist. While the husband pleaded for his life, the suspects searched through his pockets taking his wallet and cell phone. The robbers then ran back to their car and sped east on Brazil. Both victims were transported to San Francisco General by ambulance. He was treated for his injuries and his wife was monitored after she started having contractions. Report number: 160795923
