Arrests:
4:39pm 500 Blk Portola Warrant Arrest
Dispatch assigned Ingleside Officers Labson and Rissetto to
investigate a report of a man harassing students near the School of the Arts.
The officers found the suspect, wearing a hospital mask, gray sweatshirt, and
blue scrubs, holding a backpack, walking nearby on Glenview Drive. The officers
stopped the suspect and ran his identification, which revealed an arrest
warrant from a San Francisco court for burglary. A search of the suspect’s
clothing revealed a baggie of methamphetamine. During the arrest, the suspect
told the officers he was being treated for tuberculosis, a highly contagious
disease. An ambulance was called and the suspect was transported to San
Francisco General Hospital where a doctor determined he was not contagious. He
was then taken to the county jail for booking. Report number: 160792292

Prowl Burglary
A woman came home from the symphony and dropped her purse on
the dining room table before going to bed for the evening. When she awoke the
next morning, the purse was missing. She told Ingleside Officers Williams and
Kikuchi that she noticed a sliding glass door in the home was open. The
officers believed the burglar entered the home through the door and took the
purse. The loss was a wallet, credit cards, cash, and a pair of sunglasses.
