Ingleside Sgt. Fegan was on routine patrol when he spotted a parked vehicle behind a popular car wash. What caught Sgt. Fegan’s attention was there were no license plates on the Chevy Blazer. Sgt. Fegan asked the driver to exit the vehicle and he complied. Inside the Blazer the Sergeant found a baggie of methamphetamine along with a pipe used for smoking the narcotic. The suspect was arrested and transported to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number: 160783586

11:00pm     San Bruno/Arleta                             Robbery

A woman exiting a Muni bus was brutally attacked during a robbery. The victim told Ingleside Officers Wong and Young that she was going down the rear door steps when another woman was entering the bus using the same stairs. The victim said the suspect, without provocation, punched her in the face multiple times, grabbed her sweater, pulled her to the ground, took her cellphone, and ran away on Raymond Street. Ingleside Sgt. Martin, hearing the robbery broadcast, spotted the suspect nearby on Garrison Street and arrested her without incident. She was transported to Ingleside Station and booked for assault and robbery. The victim was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Report number: 160786580
