When the Uber driver didn’t immediately move his vehicle, the suspect took out a weapon and yelled, “You want me to shoot you? Move your car”. A short time later a woman entered the suspect’s car and they drove away. The victim called “911” and officers soon found the suspect vehicle a short distance away on Jules Street. The officers stopped the Acura and placed the driver in handcuffs. The car had been reported stolen from an address in San Francisco. Inside the stolen vehicle the officers discovered several “shaved” keys used to steal vehicles. The suspect also had a “no bail” warrant for his arrest for a parole violation. The resident turned away from the window to make a phone call when he suddenly heard several gunshots and saw his front sliding window shatter. He called police and Ingleside Officers Johnson and Busalalacchi arrived to investigate. Ingleside Officers Johnson and Mora were dispatched to the 1900 block of Sunnydale after a report of a shooting. When the officers arrived they found a man walking down the street with a bleeding wound to his head. The wound was not the result of a gunshot but instead from some type of physical altercation. The officers began first aid treatment and called for assistance. The victim refused medical treatment and declined to talk to the officers about who was responsible for his injury. Meanwhile, officers searching the area discovered various parts of a firearm, along with bullets, on the street two blocks away. The officers also heard from a woman, driving with her two young daughters, who said she witnessed the attack on the victim. She said she noticed three men arguing in front of a building on the 1900 block of Sunnydale. One of the three men struck the victim who then fell to the ground.
