Arrests:

04:00am     Mission/Mt. Vernon               Recovered Motorcycle

A woman, wearing gloves and a helmet, was spotted pushing a motorcycle on Mt. Vernon and Mission Streets. Ingleside Officers Carew, Colclough, and Jensen ran the plate which turned out to be a stolen license plate. The officers stopped the motorcyclist and she told the officers that the battery was dead. A check of the VIN number revealed that the motorcycle was stolen as well. Additional proof of the theft was that the ignition was punched out and replaced by wires connected to a toggle switch. The rider was arrested and transported to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number: 150725770
