Arrest
A fistfight in the street prompted dispatch to send Ingleside
Officers Mendiola, Phillips, and Ali to investigate. When they arrived most of
the combatants had fled, but one of the fighters ended up in custody. A
computer check revealed he was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant from San
Francisco. He also had a quantity of methamphetamine in one of his shirt
pockets. He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for the warrant and the
