Arrests:
2:50pm 3300 Blk Mission Warrants Arrest
Ingleside Officers Eteti, Suguitan, and Campos responded to a
call of an individual, possibly in crisis, on the 3300 block of Mission. When
they reached the scene, the officers found a man they had seen and arrested
many times before. A computer check revealed a $25,000 San Francisco Superior
Court warrant for his arrest. He had also violated a “stay away” order from an
address where he was found. The officers placed him in their patrol car and
transported him to Ingleside Station for booking. During the journey, the
suspect became violent and kicked out one of the patrol car’s rear windows.

4:53pm 2300 Blk Alemany Narcotics for Sale
Sometimes the most innocuous traffic violation leads to a good
arrest. Ingleside Officers Fabella and Archilla were on routine patrol when
they spotted a white van making a left turn without using turn signals. Many
times the officers would only issue a warning to the driver. However, on this
date, the driver had a suspended operator’s license. He was also on felony
probation for a weapons violation out of San Mateo County. The front seat
passenger also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo
County. A rear seat passenger was also on probation out of San Mateo County.
All three men were removed from the van and placed in handcuffs while the
officers searched the van. Inside the vehicle the officers found a Safeway bag
with cans of Pringles potato chips. But, inside the cans were very few chips
along with a supply of methamphetamine packaged for sale. The officers also
found a blue pouch containing another quantity of methamphetamine packaged for
sale. The driver and front seat passenger were arrested and taken to Ingleside
Station for booking. The rear seat passenger, who was sitting in the cargo
area, was released at the scene. Report number: 160171624
Serious Incidents:
11:10am 1600 Blk Church Robbery w/force
Ingleside Officers Suguitan and Mbeleke Eteti responded to a
report of a robbery at a market. When they arrived the store clerk told the
officers that a man walked into his business, grabbed a can of beer from the
cooler, and walked past the register without paying. When the clerk tried to
block his exit, the suspect pushed the clerk out of the way and walked away in
an unknown direction. Report number: 160170682
5:01pm 900 Blk Alemany Arson
A fire at a playground prompted dispatch to send Ingleside Officers
Tweedy and Wells to investigate the blaze. When the officers arrived at the
playground San Francisco Fire Department personnel had already extinguished the
blaze and PG&E was in the process of disconnecting the power to the area.
The fire damaged a playground set and melted an electrical connection box that
supplied power to several housing units. The fire was determined to be arson
and fire and police department investigators have been assigned the case.
