Arrests:

6:58pm       Unit Blk Seneca                      Possession of Firearm
A call of a fight involving eight men inside the Safeway parking lot prompted several Ingleside units to respond to the scene. As units started to arrive they informed dispatch that the men involved were running away from the scene. Hearing this, Officer Hauscarriague responded to Seneca and Bertita Street in an effort to cut them off. Once he arrived he saw three subjects walking away, two of whom he recognized from prior contacts. Officer Hauscarriague immediately exited his patrol car and told all three to stop. Well, one of them ignored his commands and kept walking away. The other two immediately stopped. Officer Hauscarriague confronted the third subject and physically detained him. As he began to search the suspect he told the officer he had a gun in his back pocket. Sure enough, Officer Hauscarriague found a loaded Black semiautomatic .380 caliber handgun. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station and charged with possession of a loaded weapon. The remaining two subjects were released. Report number: 150410749
