Arrests:
03:16pm Unit
Blk Blythdale Drugs
While on patrol, officers recognized a suspect from previous
encounters standing on a sidewalk with a female companion. The officers knew
this individual to be on active probation with a search condition. Upon calling
out the suspects name and attempting to gain his attention, the suspect turned
away from the officers and slowly attempted to walk away. Officers continued to call the suspects name
with no response as he continued to move away from them. After identifying themselves as police
officers the suspect was apprehended.
Upon a physical search of the suspect, he was found to have multiple
sorted baggies of heroin, pills, cocaine, a large sum of cash bills and a glass
pipe used for smoking narcotics all located in different jacket pockets. Upon a
records search, the suspect was additionally found to have an active warrant
out for his arrest. The suspect was
arrested and brought into Ingleside Station for booking and further
investigation. Officers on the scene
then completed a search warrant of the suspect’s residence granted by a Judge
that same day. Supplemental evidence and additional information were obtained
upon the search warrant. Report Number
