12:57am Randall/Mission Narcotics Paraphernalia
A man riding a bicycle on the sidewalk at 1 in the morning
caught the attention of Ingleside officers Scott and Franceschi. When stopped,
the man said he had no identification. However a check of records revealed his
name and the fact he had two outstanding traffic warrants for his arrest. A
search of his pockets revealed a quantity of methamphetamine and a pipe to
smoke it. He also had a fixed blade knife in his backpack. The suspect was
transported to Ingleside Station and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
