8:35pm       3900 Blk Mission                   Terrorist Threats
Ingleside Officers Padilla, Seavey, and Barajas, while at Ingleside Station, were looking at surveillance video of an incident that took place at a liquor store in the district. The suspect, wearing a distinctive hat and a sweatshirt with specific lettering, entered the store with a shotgun pointed it at the clerk and then left by escaping in a parked black SUV. The three officers, after looking at the video, recognized the suspect as a man they had arrested before. That night, while on patrol, they spotted the suspect and his SUV on the 3900 block of Mission Street. They stopped and placed him in custody and brought him back to Ingleside station for questioning. At the station he consented to a search of his home where clothing matching the surveillance video was found. They also found other evidence at the home and in his vehicle which tied him to the earlier crime. He was booked for several felonies and taken to the county jail. Report number: 150093903
