Robbery
A 16 year old girl and her father walked into Ingleside
Station to report a robbery. The victims told Police Services Aide Duggan that
she was on her way to school, riding the #29 MUNI bus, when a fellow passenger
reached over and grabbed her cell phone from her hand. She said she tried to
hold on but the suspect was too strong and ripped the cell phone from her grip
before escaping off the bus at Italy and Mission Streets. Report number:

Blk Treat Hot Prowl Burglary
An inattentive roommate forgot to lock the front door and
that began a sequence where a man lost a backpack and contents to a burglar.
The victim told Ingleside Officers Shugars and Imsand that he was alerted to
the theft when a neighbor sent him a text about finding the backpack in front
of his home. The backpack was taken from a downstairs couch and contained a
laptop, documents, and headphones. Report number: 150138189
