Blk Sunnydale Resisting Arrest
Four men gathered on a sidewalk drinking several types of
liquor caught the attention of four Ingleside officers, (Carrasco, Trail,
Hopkins, and Uang), who were driving by in a marked police vehicle. The
officers watched as one man punched another in the chest before walking away.
The victim was in a wheelchair. The officers stopped their vehicle and got out
to investigate the assault. The victim, seeing the approaching officers,
wheeled away from the group. While the officers were issuing citations for
possessing an open alcohol container in public to the three remaining
violators, the fourth suspect wheeled back to the scene and began arguing with
the officers. He refused to sign a citizen’s arrest citation for the man who
punched him. He was told to leave the scene. He refused and continued to berate
the officers while they were going on with their duties. Finally, after being
asked to leave and refusing once again, he was issued a citation for resisting

A woman, sitting in her living room, heard a noise coming
from her bedroom. She got up and looked down the hallway and saw a strange man
standing in her bedroom. When the intruder saw her, he turned around and jumped
out a bedroom window. Ingleside Officer
Wong arrived and searched the home and surrounding area, but found no trace of
the suspect. Officer Wong discovered the suspect entered the home by slashing a
screen and climbing in an open bedroom window. No items were taken. Report
