4:39pm       1700 Blk Sunnydale                        Firearm

A citizen called police asking that officers check on the well being of several children living in a home. The caller said the home contained several unsecured firearms. Ingleside Officers Espinoza, Archilla, Coulter, Shugars, Para, and Ha talked with the woman occupant of the home and she gave the officers permission to search the premises. Once inside the officers found an unloaded .38 caliber handgun on a dresser with several .38 caliber bullets lying nearby. On the floor, underneath the dresser, the officers discovered several rounds of 9mm, .25 caliber, and .40 caliber bullets. A small amount of cocaine was found in a jewelry box on the same bedroom dresser. The occupant of the home was taken to Ingleside Station and booked on firearm charges. The five, eight, and one year old children living in the home were taken to the Child Protection Center at San Francisco General Hospital. Report number: 150042160
