Serious Incidents:
12:01am 200 Blk Judson Assault
A woman came to Ingleside Station and told Officer Lundy that she had been assaulted a few hours before. The victim claimed she and a friend were walking to her home on the 200 block of Judson when they started arguing over a ladder. She said the friend suddenly became violent, spitting in her face, choking her, and hitting her in the back. The friend then threatened to “break her windows and burn her house down”. Two men who witnessed the assault, came to the victim’s aid. The victim did not call the police but later decided to respond to Ingleside Station and report the incident. The victim declined medical treatment. She wanted the incident documented because the suspect is a friend and she was unsure if the situation would escalate in the future. Report number: 130491305
