Arrests:

 8:14am      3300 blk San Bruno    Court Order Violation
Officers Etcheveste and Pereira were dispatched to San Bruno Ave regarding a Court Order violation. Upon arrival, they met with the victim, who stated that as she was leaving her apartment, she heard the known suspect yelling downstairs “There she is. Let’s get this s%*& over with. I’m going to beat this b’s A!” After hearing this, the victim ran back inside and called the police. The victim stated that this has been an ongoing problem and the known suspect was located and placed under arrest and booked at county jail. Report Number 120969663

3:05pm       Unit blk Leland         Warrant arrest
Officers Sullivan and Padilla responded to a call regarding a male carrying a stun gun cane and walking with a child. Upon arrival, they detained and secured the cane from the suspect. The suspect also had another gun attached to his belt. A records check was revealed that the suspect was on active probation. Upon arrival of the Child’s grandmother, they released him into her custody and took the suspect in to confirm the warrant. The officers discovered that the suspect was a convicted felon and was prohibited from possessing a stun gun. He was book for the charges. Report Number 120970626

7:09pm       Unit blk Sunnydale    Battery
Officers Hopkins, Uang and Trail were standing outside the housing office, when they heard a loud argument coming from around the corner. When they went to investigate they noticed 3 males and a female in a heated argument. The argument started to escalate and two of the males were challenging each other to fight. As the officers approached the suspects, they heard someone yell “PoPo” before officer Hopkins yelled “police” to the two men about to fight. The woman tried to get in between the two males when the officers yelled for her to back off. She then charged at one of the officers. The woman then punched Officer Hopkins in the shoulder before as attempted to place her under arrest. Both suspects had fled the scene during the woman’s arrest. The suspect told the officers that the men were arguing while they were on the MUNI bus when it escalated, but it was only a misunderstanding. Report Number 120971179

8:56pm       3100 blk Mission      Warrant Arrest
Officers Hom, Almaguer, and Johnson were patrolling when they observed a unknown male suspect standing on the sidewalk who appeared intoxicated. The officers exited the vehicle and identified themselves as police officers, showing the suspect their badges. The officers smelled alcohol from his breath. The officers detained the suspect and conducted a warrant check that showed the suspect to be on probation and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The officers placed the suspect under arrest and transported him back to Ingleside Station for booking. Report Number 120971395

Serious Incidents:

1:00pm       100 blk Leland         Fraud
Officers Tillan and Ng were on duty when they were dispatched to a call of a fraud. Upon arrival, they met with the victim of the store who told them that a regular customer who had been coming there for 6 years came in to pick up his laundry, when he tried to pay with a $100 bill. The owner marked the bill for authenticity and everything seemed fine. The suspect left the store, when the store owner saw that the mark on the bill turned brown, causing the owner to realize that it was counterfeit. The officers contacted U.S Secret Service and notified an assistant investigator of the incident before booking the evidence at Ingleside Station.  Report Number 120975284

7:55pm       Unit blk Visitacion   Robbery
Officers Quintero and Ocreto responded to a call regarding a robbery. Upon arrival they met with the victim who said that she was on the MUNI bus when she noticed 3 suspects getting onto the bus. Once the bus got to her stop and she exited, the same 3 suspects followed her. She kept observing the suspects that were following her, because she knew something was wrong, having been robbed just 10 months prior. The 3 suspects made a charge at her this is when the victim ran to the closest residence while yelling for help. The suspects came up to her from behind and told her to give them all of her money. The victim was constantly ringing the doorbell while the suspects were talking to her. She then saw a resident of the house she was ringing at come to the window but did nothing. The suspects by then had grabbed her backpack and pulled her to the ground, with the suspects unable to get the backpack straps off of the victim. The victim then said that she wouldn’t be able to recognize any of the suspects if seen again, the area was searched with negative results. Report Number 120971323
