8:52am Unit blk Onondaga Robbery
Officer Howard responded to a reported robbery that had occurred. The victim told the officer that he had parked his car and was getting out when a suspect approached and asked for the time. The victim told the officer that he reached into his pocket and pulled out his cell phone and that when he looked up he had a gun in his face. The suspect demanded the phone from the victim. The victim told the officer that he gave the phone to the suspect in fear that the suspect would shoot him. The suspect then fled onto Alemany. There were no injuries and the loss was the cell phone.
