6:35am       Oneida/Alemany           Warrant
Officer Trujillo and several other Ingleside officers responded to assist Sgt. Escobar on a call of a robbery.  Dispatch advised that the victim was a Spanish speaker who stated that various males had attempted to take his wallet.  Officer Trujillo, a certified Spanish speaking officer, arrived on scene and spoke with two males who were on scene.  Both males had a strong odor of alcohol on their breath and one of them spoke with the officers and claimed he was the victim.  The victim offered various different scenarios regarding what had occurred and his statements were inconsistent.  The other male with him refused to speak with the police.  After several attempts to clarify the store the victim said he did not want any further police action and just wanted to be left alone.  Officer Trujillo advised that Sgt. Escobar had a few males detained that were possibly involved but the victim refused to cooperate.  He left the scene with the other male.

Officer Trujillo responded to the scene where Sgt. Escobar had various males detained.  A record check of one of the males returned with an active warrant.  All other males were released at the scene because the victim refused to cooperate with police.  The male with the warrant was transported to Ingleside station where he was booked into custody upon confirmation of the warrant.  Report Number 120157341
