12:46pm Alemany Blvd & San Juan Suspended DL
Officer Villaruel was on patrol when he spotted a vehicle that failed to yield to a pedestrian. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver. The driver readily admitted that he was driving with a suspended driver’s license. Further investigation revealed that the driver had a false tab on his license plate displaying that his registration was current, when it was in fact expired. The driver was cited for the violations and released from the scene. Report 111024901

2:00am Unit Blk Dublin St Phone Calls
Officer Otaguro responded to a report of harassing phone calls. The victim began receiving phone calls a couple months ago all hours of the day from two different suspects. The victim believes he knows who the suspects are. Report 111024058
5:00am 300 Blk Chenery St Burglary
Officer Lundy responded to a report of a bicycle theft. The victim realized that the door to his garage was open and his bicycle was missing. The victim then spotted the suspect riding away down the street on his bicycle. Report 111024070
6:05am 400 Blk Moscow Ave Robbery
Officer Curry and several other Ingleside officers responded to a report of a robbery. The two victims were walking together when they were approached by three suspects. Two of the suspects jumped the male victim and knocked him to the ground. The victim was punched and kicked several times while he was on the ground. One of the suspects took several personal belongings belonging to the victim. A third suspect approached the female victim, held a knife to her throat and placed his hand over her mouth to keep her from screaming. The suspects fled. The male victim was transported to SFGH for treatment of his injuries. The female victim was not harmed. Report 111024111
9:30am Unit Blk Miguel St Theft
PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report regarding theft from a vehicle. The victim parked his vehicle, securing it. Upon his return, he noticed that the key hold on the driver’s side door had a broken key in it. Several items were taken from inside the vehicle. Report 111021593
12:00pm Unit Blk Ora Way Theft
PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report of theft from a vehicle. The victim parked her vehicle and left it unofficial. Upon her return to the vehicle, she saw several of her personal belongings on the ground next to her vehicle. Several items were missing from inside the vehicle. The victim was unsure if she had locked the vehicle when she parked it.
3:20pm 600 Blk Chenery St Theft
Officers Sugitan and Fung responded to a report of a theft. The victim was at her place of work when the suspect entered the premise. The suspect asked questions regarding the facility and then left. The suspect returned and asked for a tour of the premise. As the victim gave the suspect a tour, the suspect’s cell phone rang. The suspect suddenly left. The victim then realized that two cell phones were stolen from the front counter. Report 111022870
