Arrests:

1:21am               Alemany & Geneva             D.U.I.
Officers Padilla and Seavey were on patrol when they saw a vehicle stopped at a red light.  Upon the light changing to green, the vehicle did not move and the brake lights remained illuminated.  The traffic light then turned back to red, and the vehicle had still not moved.  The officers pulled behind the vehicle and illuminated the patrol vehicles lights and sirens, but the vehicle still did not move.  The officers approached the driver of the vehicle, who had his head leaned back with his eyes closed.  The vehicle’s engine was running and music was playing at a loud volume.  After several knocks on the window, the driver awoke and let his foot off of the brake, causing the vehicle to roll several feet.  The officers were able to gain control of the vehicle by reaching in and putting the gear shift into park.  The driver exited the vehicle and showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. After further investigation, the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.  Report 110753539  ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY!!!***

4:28am               3900 Blk Mission St            Warrant
Officers Seavey and Padilla were on patrol when they noticed a vehicle in front of them that did not have a functioning light illuminating the license plate.  The officers contacted the driver and informed him of the violation.  The driver did not have a valid driver’s license and had just been cited for driving without a license one month prior.  The driver also had an outstanding warrant.  He was taken into custody.  Report 110751226

10:30am             200 Blk Raymond Ave        Mischief
Officers Muro and LaRocca were dispatched to a report of vandalism.  The victim showed the officers the window of her residence that had two small holes in it.  The holes appeared to have been caused by a BB gun.  Report 110746500

3:34pm               Crescent & Arnold              Theft
PSA Cato took a report regarding theft from a vehicle.  The victim secured his vehicle and left it for about 20 minutes.  The victim returned and discovered a window on the vehicle was smashed and his iPhone was missing.  Report 110752484

11:00pm             200 Blk Argonaut Ave         Vandalism
PSA Cato took a report regarding vandalism.  The victim claimed the suspect punched a hole in his door and wanted the incident documented.  Report 110753363
