Arrests:

5:17pm               Silver/Madrid               Warrant Arrest
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to a call of a robbery.  They detained a suspect who matched the description dispatch had provided but were later informed that no robbery had occurred.  The individual detained had a strong odor of alcohol on his person and was walking with an unsteady gait.  The officers determined he was unable to care for himself and took him into custody.  A record check revealed an outstanding warrant and the individual was booked at the county jail.  Report 110392892

7:35pm               Unit Blk Sequoia        RO Violation
Officers Apodaca and Gabriel were dispatched to the call of a person screaming for help.  The caller advised that a male and female were driving inside a black vehicle and arguing.  While en route the officers observed a vehicle matching the description and affected a traffic stop.  The male and female admitted that they were arguing but that things had calmed down.  A record check revealed the male to be on active probation and having been served with a restraining order.  The order stated he was to stay away from the companion in the vehicle.  He was taken into custody without incident.  Report 110393248  “BEST ARREST OF THE DAY”

07:30am             500 Blk Avalon           Dog Bite
Victim came to Ingleside station to report he was walking his dogs unleashed when another male was walking his dogs on the opposite side of the street.  Victim said one of the dogs on the opposite side of the street ran over, grabbed one of his dogs by the neck and latched on to him.  Victim said that he had to pry the dogs jaw open to get him to release the grip on his dog.  Victim said the same dog had attacked his dog in the past and wanted the incident documented.  Report 1103891612 

12:20pm             3300 Blk Folsom        Theft
Officers Sanchez and Curry responded to a theft from a vehicle.  Caller advised the officers that he was leaving his home when he heard a loud noise and observed a male walking away from his neighbor’s vehicle.  He said the male returned to the vehicle and took something out of it.  Caller then noticed the neighbor’s vehicle had a broken window.  He said the suspect ran away in the direction of Mirabel but he then lost sight of him.  Officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect.  Officers then made contact with the owner of the vehicle who advised that he had parked and secured his vehicle but now noticed that the window was broken and various items were missing.  Report 110392046

2:00pm               Unit Blk Pueblo          Theft
Officers Altamirano and Thompson responded to a report of a theft.  The victim said he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found someone had entered the vehicle and various items were missing.  He was unable to provide any further information.  Report 110392858

3:00pm               5600 Blk Mission       Vandalism
Officers Burke and Hauscarriague were on patrol when it was dispatched that a male was possibly intoxicate and running around Mission Street with no pants on.  Dispatch then advised the male had broken a window of a vehicle.  Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate the suspect. They located the vehicle and made contact with the owner who confirmed the rear door had been broken into and items were missing.  An additional call came out regarding the same male running around the unit block of Geneva Avenue.  Officers located the individual and detained him.  Dispatch was unable to locate the witness who had called in the incident and the gentleman was transported to the hospital for medical evaluation.  Report 110393420

4:00pm               Unit Blk Blythdale      Burglary
Officers Darwin and Morrow responded to the call of a burglary.  Victim advised he left and secured his home and returned to find a window in the bathroom open and his home ransacked and various items missing.  Officers searched for possible prints in the window area but were unsuccessful in lifting any.  Victims could provide no further information.  Report 110391377

4:00pm               400 Blk Arlington       Theft
Officer Gomez responded to the call of a vehicle theft.  Victim advised he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found the tires and rims were stripped from the vehicle.  Victim was unable to provide any further information on any suspects or witnesses.  Report 110384582

4:30pm               100 Blk Holladay        Theft
Victim came to Ingleside station to report an auto boost.  He told PSA Flynn that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found his right window broken and various items missing.  Victim was unable to provide any further information.  PSA Flynn processed the vehicle for latent prints but could not retrieve any.  Report 110384560

5:00pm               Unit Blk Phelan          Theft
SFCCPD Officer McGlaston responded to the call of a theft.  Victim advised she left her backpack unsecured in a cubbyhole in one of the rooms and when she returned found the backpack had been opened and various items had been taken.  Victim was unable to provide any further information.  Report 110381936

5:55pm               100 Blk Wool              Battery
Officer Leong responded to the call of a fight.  Various other Ingleside units responded for assistance.  They made contact with victim who told the officers that a male friend had hit her in her left cheek.  Victim had no visible injury and refused medical assistance.  Victim said that she began arguing with her friend because he was calling her names and the male went to leave her home.  The male grabbed his jacket and swung it around causing it to hit victim in the face.  Male suspect then left the home in an unknown direction.  Officers took photos of the victim and the home and booked them into evidence.  They searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect.  An Emergency Protective Order was provided and the victim was provided with her copy.  Report 110392961

6:25pm               100 Blk Velasco        Theft
Officers Burke and Duffin responded with Sgt. Heidorn to a call of a theft.  They spoke with victim who told them that she left her purse unattended when she went to play in the park with some friends.  Victim observed two males enter the park and she believed they were going to play basketball.  Victim then saw one of the males grab her purse and run into some brick buildings near the park.  The officers searched the area for any sign of the suspects but were unsuccessfully.  Report 110393044

SFCCPD Officer Edais responded to the call of a theft.  Victim advised he locked his backpack along with a jacket and other belongings in one of the lockers.  Victim returned to the locker room and found his jacket was missing but his backpack was still in the locker.  A custodian later located victim’s jacket but there were many items missing from his jacket.  Victim was unable to provide any further information.  Report 110387843
