12:30 am Mission/Bosworth Drunk Driving
Officers Benavides and Ma were patrolling the district when they noticed a car that was headed in the opposite direction as they were, drifting over the double solid yellow line into oncoming traffic right in front of them. The officers immediately stopped the car. The driver was asked if she had been drinking. She replied that in fact she did have a drink 6 hours earlier. The driver was asked to submit to a field sobriety test, which she sub-sequentially did not pass. The driver was asked to submit to a breath test which showed .141 BAC (CA Legal limit 0.08). the suspect was arrested and booked for drunk driving. Report number 110358640
1:45 pm 400 blk Avalon Burglary Arrest
Officers Padilla and Sullivan were sent to investigate a burglary in progress call. The officers along with numerous Ingleside units responded to the call. The officers spoke to the victim and discovered the following information. The victim was on his way home with his girlfriend when he noticed a subject that was staring at him while on the phone. The victim continued home, and when he entered the home he saw the subject become frantic and started paging someone. The victim got into the house and immediately heard footsteps in his house. The next thing he saw was two suspects running out. The victim called the police. Captain Cassanego was on scene and put the description of the suspects Ingleside officers closed the drag net and located two possible suspect that were identified as the suspects inside the house. Officer Padilla and Sullivan had also detained a possible suspect that later turned to be the "lookout" on the corner on his cell phone. All three suspects were positively identified, arrested and booked for Conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary. Report number 110358399. This is.... ***The Best Arrest of the Day***
7:10 pm Portola/Rex Vandalism/MUNI
Officers Pereira and Gonzalez were sent to investigate a MUNI passenger that had damaged a bus. The officers spoke to the driver and learned that the suspect was attempting to get on the bus with an open container of alcohol. The driver refused him entry on the bus that is when the suspect kicked the door so hard that it broke the glass. The driver drove to the next stop and waited for MUNI inspectors. The suspect walked one stop down and got on to the empty bus and fell asleep in the back. The officers located the suspect and was arrested then cited for the offense. Report number 110359438

Officer Trujillo was sent to investigate a burglary incident. The officer learned that the victim was at work and that he left the front of the business and walked towards the back garage area. The victim was headed to the garage. The victim told the officer that when he came back into the office his laptop was missing. There are no video cameras in the office. Report number 110357761
12:00 pm 300 blk Moultrie Theft/Building
Officer Bear was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that his tenant told him that her bike was missing from the garage area. The victim went to investigate and discovered that not only was the bike missing, but his tools were gone as well. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110358963
4:00 pm Teresita/Arroyo Dog bite
Officers Khan and Leong were sent to investigate a dog biting incident. The officers spoke to the victim who told them as she was passing a residence the garage door opened and a poodle mix dog ran out. The victim told the officers that she continued to walk and suddenly felt the dog bite her on the upper portion of the leg. Report number 110356757
6:05 pm 1800 blk Sunnydale Battery
Officers Antonian and Dudley were sent to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officers that she was attacked by a female suspect with a weapon that cut her face. The victim told the officers that a known suspect was angered when the victim said:"hello". The suspect attacked the victim at that point. The victim suffered a small laceration on her cheek. The victim did not require medical treatment. Report number 110359356

Officers Archilla and Paras were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that she parked her car without and damage to it. The victim told the officers that a known suspect scratched the car because he lost an argument with the victim. Report number 110359513
