Arrests:

9:20 am     Geneva/Santos         Threats Arrest
Officers Rand and Araujo were sent to investigate a threats report. The victim told the officers that while he was operating his bus the suspect got on the bus and threatened him with a screwdriver she was carrying. The victim asked the suspect to leave, but she did not. The suspect got up with a hand behind her back and made her way towards the victim. Another rider on the bus alerted the victim. The witness told the officers that when he asked the suspect what she was going to do with the screwdriver, she replies "I’m gonna mess him up" the suspect was still at the scene and was taken into custody. The witness told the officers that there was a second person with the suspect. That person was detained and found to have warrants for his arrest. The suspect was booked on the threats and "No bail" warrant was also discovered. Report number 1103322302

1:33 pm     300 blk Wilde             Battery Arrest
Officers Sugitan and Fung were sent to investigate a battery report. The victim told the officers that he was at home watching a movie, when he heard someone banging on his front door. The victim told the officers that it was his neighbor.  The neighbor was banging in the door with a pot and yelling at him through the door saying something about her plants. The victim did not open the door. Later after the banging had stopped, the victim went to ask the suspect what she was talking about. The suspect pushed the victim and backed him into a fence while spitting on his face. The victim was able to get away and call the police. The officers interviewed the suspect and then, placed her under arrest. Report number 110339952

11:41 pm 400 blkTrumbull           Vandalism
Officers Pereira and Gonzalez were sent to investigate a vandalism case. A would be witness called the police , but did not wish to speak to officers told dispatchers that several people were spray painting fences in the area. The officers were able to locate the suspects in this case, but because of no one coming forward this made it difficult for officers. The officers located the damage and the fact that the paint was still wet to the touch, and the suspects had the paint on them they were only cited for the possession. An actual victim came out and signed a citizen’s arrest for the suspects. The suspects were arrested and then cited for the crime. Report number 110331470

2:04 am     1700 blk Sunnydale    Discharge Weapon
Officers Crispin and Lozano were sent to investigate a report of gunshots. After speaking to residents that were in the area and heard the shots, the officers could not locate any evidence. Officer Hom advised the officers that he located a vehicle that had damage. the owner of the car told officers that he was out with friends and that he was returning and was parking when he noticed that someone had shot at the car. The victim told the officer that the music in the car was so loud no one inside heard any shots. Report number 110331721

3:35 am     Geneva/Mission          Threats
Officers Crispin and Lozano were sent to investigate a threats report. The officers met with the victim, a MUNI driver. The victim told the officers that she stopped at Geneva and Mission to pick up passengers and told the officers that the suspect got on the bus with a dog. The victim called the dog “Cujo” looking. The suspect was belligerent with the victim and argumentative. The suspect got off the bus as she threatened the driver. Report number 110333846

9:00 am     Velasco/Santos           Vandalism
Officers Fung and Suguitan were sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officers that a known suspect had left some drugs at his home. The victim told the officers that he disposed of the drugs because he does not use any. The suspect returned upset that the drugs had been thrown away he destroyed property belonging to the victim. 1:15 pm     2100 blk Bayshore      Burglaryofficers Padilla and Sullivan were sent to investigate a burglary incident. The officers located a broken front window and the victim. The officers went into the business to check for suspects. The officers did not locate anyone. The officers contacted CSI to respond to process the scene. Report number 110332650

4:35 pm     Sunnydale/Bayshore   Assault
Officer Dudley was sent to investigate an assault. The victim told the officer that while working a security job, an unknown suspect walked up to her. The suspect wanted to walk thru the area that the victim was guarding. The victim told the suspect that he could not pass. The suspect got mad and threw the content of a cup he was holding in the victims face and fled.  The victim told the officer that she has pain in her eye now. Report number 110332989

6:00 pm     Santos/Velasco          Battery
Officers Uang and Peregoy were sent to investigate a battery incident where the victim was at the hospital. The victim told the officers that a known suspect picked up a stick for no reason and beat her. The suspect then left. Report number 11033597

10:26 pm Monterey/Foerster      Threats
Officers Benavides and Ferronato were sent to investigate a threats incident. the victim told the officers that a suspect that was asked a year ago not to come back to the store returned. The suspect told the victim that he was going to go to his home and kill everyone. The officers secured the store surveillance video as evidence. Report number 110333567
