3:34 am     200 blk Blythdale       Stolen Auto/Arrest
Officers Lozano and McCall were on patrol when they heard a call of shots fired in another district. The officer heard the description of the vehicle involved. The officer observed a similar vehicle driving on Bayshore Av. the officers effected a stop on the vehicle and told the driver the reason they were stopping the car. The driver was very cooperative and provided identification to the officers. The officers found that the driver was on felony probation for burglary and had a suspended license. To make matters worse, the car had been reported stolen out of Utah. Although the driver was not the one involved in the shots fired, it turned out that she was still wanted. The suspect was arrested and booked. Report number 110044651

4:00 pm     600 blk Portola           Theft
Officers Salcedo and Gomez were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that he watched the suspect removed merchandise from the shelves and place them in a basket. The victim told the officers that he watched as the suspect emptied the basket into a shopping bag, then walk out of the store without paying. The victim stopped the suspect outside the store and convinced him to come back in. the suspect was placed under private person arrest and thee officers took custody. After warrant checks, the suspect was cited and given a court date. Report number 110046378

5:30 pm     Ingleside S.I.T.            Robbery/Follow up
Inspector Hutchings was assigned the robbery report from yesterday where after one suspect was caught, the other was detained but the victim could not identify him so he was released. The suspect that was arrested gave the officers the name of the second suspect, which happened to be the name of the subject that was stopped by officers. The officers found the suspect and he was arrested for the robbery. During the interview the suspect placed the blame on the other suspect! There is no honor among thieves. Both suspects are now in jail where they belong. Report number 110043506

Officer Gutierrez from Bayview station prepared a report regarding a theft case the occurred in the Ingleside. The victim told the officer that he rented equipment to the suspect. the suspect had the equipment delivered to an address on Diamond St. the suspect met the victim at the scene and the equipment was dropped off. The next day when the equipment was to be picked up, the victim learned that there was no work done in that area and his equipment was gone! The suspect is described as African American male between 40 and 50 years old. He is 5’10, 180lbs. the loss was $10,000 worth of construction equipment. Report number 110046497

Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a theft. The victim told the PSA that he is homeless and was approached by the suspect. The suspect offered to help him out. The victim accepted. The victim told the PSA that the suspect and victim purchased a laptop for the victim. The suspect was helping the victim with his laptop when the suspect asked the victim to leave because he was meeting a friend. The victim to forgot to bring his laptop. The victim repeatedly called the suspect asking for his laptop. The victim went back to the house and spoke to the suspect who told him the laptop was somewhere else. The victim checked "Craig’s List " and saw his laptop. This case is under investigation. Report number 110045091

Officer Chew was sent to investigate a theft incident. The victim told the officer that he saw the suspect hide merchandise under her shirt and then walk out the front door without paying. The victim stopped the suspect and asked if she was going to pay. The suspect said "YEAH!" then jumped on a pink bicycle and fled. Report number 110045966

2:00 pm     600 blk Edinburgh     Dog Bite  
Officers Rand and Muro were sent to investigate a dog bite incident. the officers spoke to the victim who told them that she was visiting someone in that area and that while walking down the street a dog ran out of a house and seemed playful. The victim told the offices that she raised her arms to keep them away from the dog, she was bitten. The victim showed the tear on her jacket and the bite. The victim refused an ambulance and for any further police action. Report number 110045869

Officers Hornstein and Goldsborough were sent to investigate a court order violation. The victim told the officers that a known suspect that has a court order against them violated it the following manner. The suspect rode his bicycle by the victim and a witness and told the victim that he was going to kill them. The victim wanted this documented. Report number 110046055

4:17 pm     Alemany/Niagara       Robbery
Officer Sullivan was sent to investigate a robbery incident. The officer spoke to the victim who told him the following: he was taking pictures in the Ingleside when the suspect came up from behind and demanded the camera. The suspect told the victim that he was going to inflict bodily harm if he did not comply. The victim refused and was forcibly pushed down to the ground and the camera ripped off his neck. The suspect fled with the victim in pursuit. The suspect was able to elude the victim. The victim called the police. The loss was a digital camera. The victim received a small laceration on the arm. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20-25 years old. Black hair, brown eyes, 5’7, 185. He was wearing a black SF Giants hoodie with Giants baseball and the baseball SF logo in white on it.  Report number 110046356

7:52 pm     Crescent/College       Reckless Driving
Lieutenant Moran was on patrol when he observed a vehicle that was driving with its lights off. The Lt pulled behind the car and began to follow. At one point the Lt was able to recognize the driver and broadcast the description. At one point the car took off at a high rate of speed with Lt Moran activating the red emergency lights. The driver decided that he was not going to stop and sped off. Not wanting to endanger the public Lt Moran immediately turned off the emergency lights and stop the chase. Once again Inspector Hutchings was given the case and had the suspect come into the station where he conducted an interview and the suspect confessed. The case will now be sent to the District Attorney for prosecution. Report number 110046895

Officers Antonian and Dudley were patrolling when they observed a car with expired registration. The officers stopped the car and discovered that the driver was driving on a suspended License. The driver was arrested and booked. Report number 110049902

Officers Martinez and Larocca were sent to investigate shots fired call. The officers spoke to the victim who told them that when he came home from work today, he saw bullet holes in his home. There were no suspects observed and there were no injuries. Report number 110045154

1:30 am     Virginia/Mission            Assault with Knife
Officers Henry-Garcia and Ma were sent to SF General Hospital to investigate a stabbing. The victim told the officers that he was drinking with a known person. The victim told the officers that for no reason the, now; suspect began to stab him seven times in total. The suspect then left. The suspect is only described as being Hispanic. The victim is in stable condition. Report number 110047859

Officer Wilson was sent to investigate a theft incident. The victim told the officer that this morning she went to the garage area and discovered that her bicycle was missing along with her helmet and lock. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110051612

11:15 pm  Kelloch/Velasco                  Robbery
Officers Crispin and Henry-Garcia were sent to investigate a robbery case. The victim told the officers that she was walking home after parking her car. The victim told the officers that she saw two suspects but did not thing anything of it until she heard them talking. The victim got to her front door and opened the security gate. The victim was trying to close the gate when she felt the gate wouldn’t close. The suspects were at the gate! The victim and the suspects struggled at the front door until one of the suspects produced a gun. The victim stopped struggling once she saw the gun. The suspects went through the victim’s pockets and removed $200 and credit cards then fled. The suspects are described as 2 African American males’ #1is between, 28 to 30, 5’10, 160.  #2 is 5’8, 170 wearing brown puffy jacket with a hood and light colored jeans. Report number 110050222

3:15 pm     3300 blk Mission        Robbery/Kidnapping
Officer Preston was on patrol when he was flagged down and told that she had just been robbed. The victim told the officer that she came out of the store and saw the suspect sitting near the exit. The victim went on to say that she felt uncomfortable and decided to walk away from the suspect and called a friend that lives nearby. The victim told the officer that while on the phone with her friend the suspect came up behind her and grabbed her and pulled her to a spot that was secluded from the public. The suspect did not know that the victims’ friend could see what was going on from his window. The suspect demanded money. When the victim told the suspect she did not have any the suspect told her that he was going to rape her! Thanks to the victims fast thinking earlier, her friend showed up causing the suspect to run. The friend was now chasing the suspect when the suspect stopped and pulled out a gun and chambered a round, turned around and put the gun to the friends’ chest. The suspect said,"Now what!" the friend stopped and the suspect kept running. Officer Preston broadcast this information with a description of the suspect. Officer Barajas while searching located a suspect that matched the description. The suspect told the officer that "it’s fake!" referring to the gun. The officer located a replica of a .40 caliber in the waist band of the suspect. The victim and her friend were able to positively identify the suspect. Did I mention that the friend is an off duty Daly City Police Officer?  The suspect was arrested and booked for all the aforementioned crimes at Ingleside Station! Officers Goldsborough and Hornstein were following up on a report filed yesterday. The officers located the suspect that had threatened to kill the victim and, without incident, were able to arrest and book him at Ingleside station. Report number 110051822        

7:27 pm     Santos/Brookdale     Warrant Arrest
Officers Tam and Burke were given information by Sgt McDevitt about a gang member that had a civil injuction that prohibits him from being in this area. The officers set out in search of the suspect. Sgt McDevitt located the suspect, who upon seeing the Sgt ran! Sgt McDevitt chased but lost sight of him. Officers Burke and Tam located him a short distance away. The suspect gave the officers a fake name in hopes of not getting arrested. It did not work, the officers knew it was him and placed him under arrest. The suspect was arrested for lying to the police and his parole violated for being in an area stipulated in the injuction. Report number 110052701

Officers Henry-Garcia and Jones were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that a known suspect to her got into a verbal argument the turned physical when the suspect struck the victim on the face. The suspect left and the victim called the police. Report number 110050426

Officers Vizcay and Ferronato were sent to investigate a threats incident. the victim told the officers that a known suspect came to the door angry over an incident some time ago. The suspect was still enraged and very vocal. The victim would not open her door so the suspect threatened her with great bodily injury. The suspect then located the victims’ car and smashed her windows out. Report number 110050517

Officers Chang and Park were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that a suspect approached her and asked to use her cell phone. The victim told the officers that she did not know this person, but because he kept pleading she let him use it. The suspect dialed and started talking to someone and walked away with the phone. The victim was not very cooperative with the officers. The officers learned from dispatch that this same person had witnessed this same suspect steal something from a store nearby. The victim was reluctant to give any more information. This case has been assigned to a S.I.T member for follow up report number 110051496

Officers Yuen and Para were sent to investigate a robbery incident. The victim told the officers that while walking down the street three suspects approached him and asked him if he was a gang member. The victim told them he was not so they decided to rob him. The victim put up a fight and the suspects fled. There was neither loss nor injuries. Report number 110051872

Officers Hart and Duffin were on patrol when the noticed someone had written something on City Property. The officers took photos and forward this to the inspectors. Report number 110052193

7:18 pm     400 blk Andover         Robbery attempt
Officers Contreras and Hermosura were sent to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim told the officers that two unknown suspect approached her and tried to take her iPod from her. The suspects were un-successful. When the suspect failed they ran off and got into a white four door car and fled. The suspects are described as African American males, 18-22 years old, #1 is 5’1 wearing white, short sleeve polo shirt and dark pants. #2 wearing all dark clothing. There was neither loss nor injuries. Report number 110052949

Officers Paras and Yuen were sent to investigate a shots fired call. the officers located two witnesses that told the officers that they heard 6 shots in the area. The witnesses told the officers that they then saw, what looked like a possible Volkswagen leaving the area. There is no further information. Report number 110052682

Officers Ma and Khan were sent to investigate an assault case. The victim told the officers that the known suspect came to the house intoxicated. The victim asked them to leave, but the suspect would not. The suspect became angry and pushed the victim. The suspect was still at the house and was arrested when the officers arrived. 8:00 am     Randall/Arlington      Indecent Exposure/Arrest
Officers McMilton and Johnson were sent to investigate a male exposing himself in public. The officers happen to be close to the area and were able to immediately locate the suspect and detained him. The officers learned that the suspect was had exposed himself to numerous victims. The witness/victim signed a citizen’s arrest. The officers arrested the suspect and booked him at Ingleside Station.  Report number 110053414

Officers Khan and Ma were sent to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect grabbed her by both sides of her shirt and shook her.  The victim was able to free herself by kicking the suspect. The suspect fled. Report number 110053163

Officers Marino and Frisk were sent to investigate a dog bite case. the victim told the officers at that the dogs from next door had gotten into his backyard and bitten one of his cats. Report number 110053793

Officers Campion-Healy, Marino and Frisk were sent to investigate a robbery incident. the victim told the officers that while crossing the street two female suspects pushed her down to the ground and grabbed her duffle bag. The victim told the officers that by the time she was able to get back to her feet the suspects were already gone. The suspects were Hispanic females between 16 and 20 years old. They were wearing dark clothing. Report number 110053583

The witness told the PSA that a family member had been embezzled by a family friend. The witness gave the PSA evidence showing all the transactions. Officers Thompson and Altamirano were sent to investigate a couple of people that were on the ground. The officers located the two and found that they had ingested drugs for the first timed and were feeling sick. Both subjects were taken to the hospital and released to relatives. Sgt Miller was sent to investigate a fight at a restaurant. The victim told the Sgt that several subjects got into a fight with an employee at that location. The case is under investigation. Report number 110054183

Officer Polovina was sent to investigate a vandalism incident. the victim told the officer that when he arrived to work this morning he found that someone had broken a window. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110053696

SFCC PD Officer Burlya was sent to investigate a theft incident. The victim told the officer that while studying he got up to make copies and left his laptop unattended. The victim told the officers that he was close to the desk and was not away for more than five minutes. The victim said that when he turned he saw that all his property was gone, including the bag for the laptop and wallet. He did not see anyone take the property. Report number 110054694

Officers Yeun and Hom were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that when he came to work today he noticed that the stereo was missing from one of the cars in his lot. The victim checked the video and observed a suspect jumping the fence at 9:16 pm. The video could not be saved. Report number 110055454
