Arrests:

3:58 pm     Francis/Mission         Suspended License
Officer Villaruel was on Motorcycle Patrol when he noticed the registration on a vehicle was expired. The officer pulled the vehicle over and discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle with a suspended License. While inventorying the car the officer found two bags of suspected Marijuana. The driver was cited for the suspended license and the car was towed. Report number 110024164

4:40 pm     Crescent/Leese          Drug Arrest
Officers Uang and Hopkins observed a vehicle that was missing the rear plate. The officers asked the driver if there was any contraband in the car. The driver told the officers that he had smoked some weed earlier in the day, but that there was no weed in the car. The officers also noticed that the front plate was missing; the driver gave to officer’s permission to search the car. The officers found what appeared to be cocaine. The driver of the car, who was on parole, was arrested and his parole violated. This will send the parolee back to prison for one year minimum. Report number 110021295

Officers Dudley was patrolling when he observed a known subject to him that had a stay away order issued against him. The officer went to investigate and discovered that the order was valid until December of this year. The subject was arrested per the order and booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110027356


5:36 pm     1900 blk Sunnydale  Warrant Arrest
Officers Almaguer, Hauscarriague and Guzman were searching for a suspect that was had an outstanding warrant. The officers located the suspect and were able to place him under arrest without incident. Report number 100243653

5:44 pm     300 blk Athens           Warrant Arrest
Officers Burke, Tam, Hurwitz and Daggett were patrolling the district in search of a known suspect that had a warrant. The suspect was located and arrested and booked. Report number 110030503

6:44 pm     500 blk Campbell       Warrant Arrest
Officers Cassinelli and Hom were on patrol when the car ahead of them mad a turn without signaling. The officers attempted to make a stop on the car, but it pulled into a driveway. The officers were told by the driver of the car that he loved at that location. The officers conducted an investigation and discovered that the subject was on probation. The subject did not have ID. The name that the suspect gave had a warrantless search condition. The suspect was placed under arrest and the officers located a bag of suspected Marijuana.  The warrant was for a felony. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110030440  

7:13 pm      200 blk Silver              Drug Arrest
Officers Kabanuck and Salcedo were patrolling when they noticed a car that was parked in a driveway with the motor running. The officers decided to investigate. The officers discovered that the occupants of the car had been smoking marijuana. The officers also discovered that there was a large amount of drugs in the car. The driver of the car was arrested and booked for the possession and transportation of drugs. Report number 110024750

9:26 pm     Crescent/Ellsworth    Drug Arrest
Officers Hopkins and Uang were on patrol when they noticed a car driving without headlights on. The officers pulled the car over and could smell a strong odor of drugs from the car. The officers asked the driver if there was any marijuana in the car. The driver replied “Yes” and showed the officers a medical marijuana card. The officers located the marijuana. (It is still against the law to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.) The driver was arrested and booked. Report number 110025015

9:40 pm     San Jose/I280             Carrying Weapon
Officers Robinson and Paras were on patrol when they noticed a car pulling out of a lot. The car had no front plate attached. The officers pulled the car over and discovered that the driver had a suspended license. The officers were conducting an inventory search when they found a gun and drugs in the car. The driver was arrested and booked. Report number 110028003

10:12 pm Santos/Brookdale     Robbery
Officers Kahn and Henry-Garcia were sent to investigate a robbery that had just occurred. There were numerous Ingleside officers searching for the suspects. Officers were able to locate an eye witness that saw the suspects run into a unit close by. The officers were able to make entry to that unit and located three possible suspects. The suspects were positively identified by the victim and officers recovered the stolen property in the unit where the suspects were found. All three suspects were booked on armed robbery charges and booked. Report number 110012109

10:33 pm Naples/France            DUI Arrest
Officers Tam, Conroy and Burke were on patrol when they came to be at a stop sign. The officered car was stopped at the stop sign when a truck drove right through the stop sign failing to stop. The officers followed the truck to effect a stop. The truck drove and failed to stop for other stop signs and traffic lights. The truck was traveling at over 45 miles per hour at the time. The officers stopped the car and discovered that the driver had been drinking. A Field Sobriety Test was administered and failed by the driver. The driver was arrested for the drunk driving and reckless driving. Report number 110031040

11:18 pm 50 Phelan                    Trespassing
SFCCDPD Officer Flood and Sgt. Russo were dispatched to investigate a silent alarm activation. The officers located a male subject and detained him. Because this part of the school is supposed to be closed and empty, the subject was arrested and cited for the violation of trespassing. Report number 110028229  
             
11:37 pm Mission/C. Chavez       Resisting Arrest
Officers Crispin and Henry-Garcia heard that undercover officers had a subject that was under the influence of PCP. The officers responded as a backup. The officers had to put the subject in restraint because he was agitated and escalating. The officer placed him under arrest for being under the influence of a drug. While at the hospital the suspect tried to escape. He was restrained and booked. Report number 110022776

Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim, who responded to the station to make the report, told the PSA that someone has been using her identity. The victim produced documents to the PSA. The suspect in this case is unknown. Report number 110023956

Officer Giannini was sent to investigate a fraud case. The victim told the officer that she discovered that someone had two charges on her bank account for over $2200. Report number 110020128

12:01 am   Arlington/Charles      Theft from Auto
Police Services Aide Flynn prepared a report regarding a theft from an auto. The victim told the PSA that she parked and locked her car only to discover that an unknown suspect tampered with a window and removed the property that was visible within the cab of the car. The loss was $500 in property. No suspects were observed. Report number 110021308

Officer Morgante prepared a report regarding vandalism. The victim told the officer that while walking the grounds at the property she works for. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect had broken a window to one of the rooms. No one was injured. Report number 110029227

Officers Obot and Sgt McDevitt were sent to investigate a violation of a court order. The officers met with the victim who told them that the known suspect called her on the phone and threatened her. Since there is an order already filed the suspect is in violation. Report number 110026615

Officer Altamirano was sent to investigate an assault case. The officer responded to the hospital and learned that the victims were battered by 10 suspects. The suspects then fled the scene. The victim told the officer that the suspect attacked him for no reason. The injuries were not life threatening. Report number 110029619

Officer Anderson was sent to investigate a robbery case. The victim told the officer that he had just left a bar when he was approached by three suspects.  One of the suspects produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest. The victim told the officers that he was robbed. The loss was not determined. The victim suffered a collapsed lung. No witnesses were located. Report number 110028401

 Police Services Aide Zabarte prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the PSA that she had received papers from her bank indicating that someone had used her account without her permission withdrawing over $1300. Report number 110028934

Officer Araujo was sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officer that upon a perimeter check they discovered that someone had removed a window from one of the bathrooms. No suspects were observed. Report number 110026308

Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the PSA that an unknown suspect had charged over $200 on his account. Report number 110017426

Officer Coles prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the officer she applied for a loan from a newspaper ad from a small publication. The number she called assured her that after she had paid $1800 she would be granted a loan for $20,000. After almost $5000 sent to the suspects, no loan was approved. Needles to say, that number is out of service for nonpayment. Report number 110020736

Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the PSA that his bank had advised someone had cashed two checks for $1350. Report number 110030149

Police Services Aide Flynn prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect had charged over $1400 on her account. Report number 100021160

Officer Toomey was sent to investigate a burglary at a school. The victim told the officer that when they came to work today, they noticed that there was property missing. No suspects were seen. Report number 1100020316

Officers Antonian and Dudley were sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officers that while in another room in the house she heard a loud “bang” and a “thud”. Upon her investigating she discovered a rock had been thrown through the window. No suspects were seen. Report number 110024249

Officers Dudley and Antonian were sent to investigate an assault case. the victim told the officers that an unknown female had struck him on the face with a rolled up newspaper. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim was treated for blurred vision. The video of the incident has been requested. Report number 110021154

Officers Fung and Suguitan were sent to investigate an auto strip. The victim told the officers that he parked his on Lisbon Street only to discover that someone had removed all four tires from the car. Report number 110020435

Officers Rosiak and Bernard were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that she parked and locked her car only to discover upon her return that someone had broken into the car. The suspect took personal property from the car and fled. Report number 110019745

Officers Antonian and Dudley were sent to investigate the possible a theft case. The victim told the officers that she had owned the gun in question, but had surrendered it sometime ago. The gun was now in another county and the police there was investigating. Report number 110027516

Officer Muro was sent to investigate an arson case. The victim told the officer that she put her garbage out the night before and when she came out to put in the garbage bins , she found that one of them looked like it was melted. No suspects were observed. Report number 110020178

7:17 pm     Congo/Hearst             Purse Snatch
Officers Gomez and Lim were sent to investigate a purse snatch case. The victim told the officers that she noticed a black, car as she was walking home, following her. The victim told the officers that the car passed by her as she continued to walk. The victim turned off Monterey onto Congo and saw the black car had parked half way up the block. The next thing she knew the suspect jumped out of the car and took her purse off her shoulder and got back into the car and fled. The victim was not injured. Report number 110027726

Police Services Aide Zabarte prepared a report regarding a theft case. The victim told the PSA that she parked and locked her car only to discover the next morning that someone had broken a window and removed her property. Report number 110028718

Officers Baldovino and Otaguro were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer’s that she parked her car and locked it. When she returned clothing items were missing. Report number 110019660

9:00pm      Mission/Richland       Assault
Officer McCall was sent to investigate an assault case. The victim told the officer that while he was on the MUNI bus he noticed that there were two subjects looking at his phone. The victim got off the bus with the two suspects following him. the suspects asked the victim for a dollar and then punched him on the side of the head with and object the suspects were not able to get the phone and then fled the area.
