11:21 am       200 blk Hahn           Warrant Arrest
Officer Polovina was sent to meet with Daly City Officer Melville regarding a call he was on with a detained person. The officers discovered that the subject they had detained was wanted on a felony Vandalism warrant. The subject was taken into custody and booked for the warrant. Report number 100978606

11:50 am       300 Blk Trumbull    Dog Bite/Citation
Officers Barajas and Chew were sent to investigate a dog bite complaint. The victim told the officers that as she was walking by the dog and owner (the dog was on a leash) the dog jumped up and bit the victim on the leg. The dog owner told the officer that she was not sure if the dog had all its shot because she had just gotten it. The dog owner was cited. Report number 100975527

5:55 pm         5500 blk Mission     Drug Arrest
Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague were assigned to the plain clothes unit. The officers were on patrol when they observed a known suspect to them that was on felony probation. The officers watched the suspect until the suspect noticed them and attempted to leave discreetly. The officers followed and stopped the suspect. This lead to a probation search that yielded scales, packaging materials, Marijuana and Methamphetamines. The suspect was arrested and booked. Report number 100980190   

6:42 pm         2200 blk Bayshore Robbery
Officers Hom and Cassinelli were sent to investigate a robbery incident that had just occurred. The officers located the victim and were able to get the description of the suspects for broadcast city wide quickly. Because of the fast response, Bayview Sgt. Hart was directed by a witness to the suspect’s location. Bayview and Ingleside officers converged to the location and were able to detain the possible suspects. The victim was able to positively identify the suspects and recover the stolen items. Because of the cooperation of a brave person that followed the suspects, and the quick response from officers, the suspects are now in custody. Report number 100980015

8:00 am         Unit blk Liebig         Theft of Property
Officer Larocca was sent to investigate a theft incident. the victim told the officer that a know suspect took his property from his home with him noticing nor his consent. The known suspect then left with the property. This case is under investigation. Report number 100978010

8:40 am         300 blk Bernal Hts. Aggravated Assault
Officer Najarro was sent to Bernal Heights Park to investigate an assault incident. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect attempted to talk to him while he was walking his two dogs. The victim told the officers that he did not want to talk to the suspect and started to walk away. The suspect walked up to the victim and poured his hot cup of coffee on the victim then walked away. 9:12 am         Unit blk of Phelan   Theft from Machine
SFCCPD officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft form a vending machine. The victim told the officer that the machine was not damaged last night and that when he came to empty it today discovered someone had torn the front of the machine off and removed the money. No suspects were observed. Report number 100974927

10:00 am       Persia@ Madrid      Attempted Robbery
Officers Chew and Barajas were sent to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim told the officers that he was on the bus and that when the bus stopped, an unknown suspect attempted to pull his cell phone out of his hands.  The victim told the officers that he began to yell that he was being robbed. The suspect was spooked and fled without the phone. Report number 100975016

11:30 am       Unit blk of Phelan   Theft from Person
SFCCPD officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft form a person. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect had taken her cell phone and provided the serial number. Report number 100912290

1:50 pm         1000 blk Cayuga     Theft Case
Sgt Miller responded to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that she left her purse unattended for a short time. The victim was later told by a witness that a known suspect was the only one to enter the area where the purse was. This case is still under investigation. Report number 100978753

6:30 pm         700 Rutland             Vandalism
Officer Hom was sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officer that a known suspect had vandalized a 20 year old washing machine by messing with the handle that no longer turns. Report number 100980099



6:40 pm         Unit blk Santos       Shooting into Auto
Officers Obot and Johnson were sent to investigate a shots fired call. The officers responded and were able to locate numerous spent bullet casings near a vehicle. The officers also discovered that a vehicle had bullet holes. No suspects were observed. Report number 100980134

9:45 pm         200 blk Santos        Theft from Person
Officers Uang and Hopkins were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that he was on the bus seated neat the rear exit doing something on his cell phone. The victim told the officers that the bus stopped, the suspect ran up to him and grabbed the phone out of his hands and exited the bus. The suspect was not apprehended and the victim was not injured. 9:55 pm         Santos @Velasco  Attempted Robbery
Officers Hopkins and Uang were on patrol, when they were flagged down by an attempted robbery victim. The victim told the officers that he was walking down the street and observed three suspect wearing "Halloween" masks. The victim told the officers that he noticed that one of the suspects was acting as a look out. The suspects cornered the victim and demanded money. The victim reacted by yelling at the suspects and grabbing one of them. The suspects got scared and fled with nothing. Report number 100980695

Officers Ma and Viscay were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that a known suspect had been involved in an argument with him. The victim told the officers that suspect struck him in the face during the argument. The victim was not injured and the suspect was not at the scene when the officers arrived.
