12:42pm 400 Blk. Geneva Robbery
Witnesses,
driving past the Balboa Park BART Station, called police to report two,
possibly, three men attacking a pedestrian near the north on-ramp to Highway
#280. Ingleside Officers Leung and Zandanel were the first to arrive and found
the victim with a knife wound to his hand. He said he was walking south on
Geneva when an unknown subject walked up to him holding a knife. The suspect
tried to stab the victim while grabbing the victim’s cellphone from his pocket.
The victim tried to ward off the attack with his hand. Once the suspect gained
control of the victim’s property he ran to a waiting vehicle, occupied by two
other men, and sped away. Report number: 180160732
1:45pm 1700 Felton Street Aggravated
Assault
A
cashed $5000 tax refund check. A picture of the tax recipient holding the cash
on a social network site. Then a shooting and a serious gunshot wound. That was
three acts of a tragic play on the 1700 block of Felton. The victim, after
posting the pictures, was sitting in his car parked in front of his home.
Suspects, driving a Green Audi, pulled up and fired three shots at the victim
who was able to bail out of his car and ran into his home bleeding profusely
from a gunshot wound to his right arm. He was driven to the hospital by his
wife where surgeons quickly saved his life. Report number: 180160817
5:13pm Mission & Valencia Aggravated

Ingleside
Officers Quinlan and Freed were flagged down by pedestrians who said there was
a man bleeding on the #14Muni bus stopped at the corner. Inside the officers
found a victim sitting in the back of the bus bleeding from his nose and lips.
The officers summoned medical help. Witnesses said the passenger got into a
verbal dispute with two other passengers who suddenly punched him in the face
before exiting the bus. Report number: 180161423
11:57pm Morse & Newton Robbery
w/knife
A man
walking home from the store was suddenly attacked by two suspects. The victim
told Ingleside Officers Zhao and Fogarty that he was walking, playing a video
game and wearing earbuds, when he was suddenly punched from behind by two
suspects. He fell to the ground and momentarily lost consciousness. When he
awoke, his cash was missing. He walked back to the store and had a clerk call
police. Medical personnel arrived and determined he had also been stabbed in
the arm. The victim was transported to San Francisco General for treatment.
