The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held at the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center located at 515 Cortland Avenue on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 6 p.m. There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting.  All are welcome to attend. Note the time change to this particular meeting.

Serious Incidents:

1:30am       3100 Blk. Mission        Aggravated Assault
Ingleside Officers Mroz and Cagney were dispatched to the emergency room at San Francisco General Hospital to interview a gunshot victim. The man told the officers he was riding in the back seat of his brother’s car, driving north on Mission, when he heard several gun shots. The victim noticed he had been shot in the back and was driven to the hospital for treatment. The victim said he was unsure where the attack took place and that it might have happened in the Mission near Capp Street. Several police officers searched the area and didn’t find any evidence of a shooting. Report number: 180035953


5:00pm       300 Blk. Hearst             Hot Prowl Burglary
A man, on his way to work, noticed his front door ajar. As he walked to his car parked in the driveway he noticed a couple of coat hangers. He told Ingleside Officers Lim and Cvetovac that he walked back into the home to put the hangers back in the closet and noticed two gray sweatshirts, a golf jacket, and a North Face jacket missing. The victim, then locked his front door and went to work. Later that evening he returned home and thought he might find other items stolen from his home around the neighborhood. He looked around the area and recovered a bike helmet and gloves nearby his home. However, his Cannondale bike was gone. Report number: 180038509


7:44pm       300 Blk. College           Robbery
A woman walking down the sidewalk was the victim of a violent robbery. She told Ingleside Officers Espinoza and Mullins that an unknown suspect ran up behind her and pushed her to the ground. He then grabbed her purse and escaped north on College and then east on Justin Drive. The victim suffered lacerations on her face and injuries to her hip, left elbow, and right knee. She was transported to San Francisco General for treatment. The loss was wallet, keys, cosmetics, clothing, and debit cards. The officers recovered surveillance video of the robbery and turned it over to the Ingleside Investigative Team. Report number: 180037608
