The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held at the Crocker Amazon Park Clubhouse located at 799 Moscow Street on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7 p.m. There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting. Arrests:

12:08am     4500 Blk. Mission                   Firearm
A customer ran into a store and told the clerk there was a man on the sidewalk out front with a gun. The clerk called police and Ingleside Officers Dedet, Anderson, Burke, and several other units quickly responded. The officers found a group of men walking away from the store with one of them matching the description of the suspect. A search of his clothing revealed a fully loaded Glock semi-automatic weapon. The suspect said he bought the firearm at a farmers market some time ago. He was arrested for illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition and taken to Ingleside Station for booking. 12:00noon  100 Blk. Coleridge                 Hot Prowl Burglary
Ingleside Officer Jensen was dispatched to Elm & Van Ness Avenue where Northern District officers had detained a woman with items stolen from a home on Coleridge Street in the Ingleside District. The suspect had a backpack with electronic items and clothing taken earlier in the day. The suspect also had a quantity of methamphetamine. One of the victims had called police after tracking the stolen items to the intersection of Van Ness and Elm Street. The woman suspect was driven back to Ingleside Station and booked for burglary. Ingleside Officers Foxworth and Espinosa were dispatched to a report of a vandal damaging a Muni bus with graffiti. The officers talked to a passenger and the driver who told the officers several juveniles boarded the #14 Mus and immediately began tagging the windows, doors, and even the ceiling of the bus before exiting the vehicle at Mission and Italy Streets. The officers requested MUNI security provide interior surveillance video from the bus for investigators. Report number: 170940287

A man was standing in the doorway to his home when an unknown suspect walked up, put a handgun to his stomach, and demanded “everything”. He told Ingleside Officers Sherry and Cortez-Cendejas the suspect took a small amount of cash and a cell phone from the victim. The suspect then fled eastbound on Seneca Street.
