Arrests:
1:24am 30th
& Mission Aggravated Assault
A dispute on a #14 Muni bus escalated into a full blown
fight with the victim suffering serious injuries. Witnesses told Ingleside Officers
Cassinelli, Cagney, and Ragusa that a verbal dispute soon turned physical
between two men. The pair exited the bus at 30th and Mission where
the fight continued between the two along with a third man who was sitting at
the bus stop. The two suspects punched, kicked, and stomped the victim several
times. The fight was still in progress when the officers pulled up and observed
the two suspects dragging the victim down the middle of Mission Street while
assaulting him. When the suspects saw the officers they took off running. One
escaped, but the officers were able to capture the other one nearby. He was
arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The victim was transported to San
Francisco General where he was immediately taken to surgery for a broken eye
socket and possible traumatic brain injury. Report number: 170179925

snatched the ticket from the parking officer’s hand. When the officer continued
