The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held at the San Francisco Police Academy Community room located at 350 Amber Drive on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 7 p.m. There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting. All are welcome to attend.

Arrests:


4:27pm       Bosworth & Mission      Warrant Arrest
A citizen called police to report seeing a woman wanted for a previous assault at her organization. Ingleside Officers Mendiola and Bovie arrived and found the woman nearby who was suspected of assaulting an elderly patron earlier in February. A check with dispatch revealed the woman had an active arrest warrant out of Orange County. She was taken back to Ingleside Station and booked for the warrant. Report number: 170153195


11:00Pm     Unit Blk. Gladstone       Shooting Into Inhabited Building
Ingleside Officers Vong and Landis were dispatched to a home where there were reports of gunshots. After securing a search warrant, the officers entered the home and found a  bullet hole in a closet door. They also discovered a gun case, but no gun, along with two ammunition magazines on a shelf. A 19 year old resident of the home was arrested and charged with firing a weapon into an inhabited building. Report number: 170159353

A man parked, who parked and exited his van, was suddenly attacked by an unknown robber. The suspect struggled to take a backpack away from the victim and during the struggle, struck the victim several times with some type of metal weapon. The victim told Ingleside Officers Parker and Ragusa he was able to hold onto his backpack as the suspect ran away. The victim was transported to UCSF Hospital where he was treated for serious injuries to his left eye. Report number: 170153844
