The witness called police and said she saw a man climbing over a fence at a nearby construction site. Ingleside Officers Marshall and Fillamor arrived and detained the suspect. In one of his pockets was a significant amount of heroin. He was transported back to Ingleside Station and booked for the narcotics and the warrant. Report.number: 17004599011:34pm John F. Shelley & Cambridge FirearmIngleside Officers Trumpp, Stofell, and Jensen were on routine patrol when they spotted a car parked at the side of the road on John F. Shelley Drive. The park was closed and the car shouldn’t have been there. The officers turned on their forward facing spotlight and a man suddenly exited the car and started walking away. The officers detained the man and discovered an AR15 assault weapon along with a shotgun and several shotgun shells in the vehicle. Also in the vehicle was a quantity of methamphetamine. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station for booking and his car was towed to impound. Report number: 170046885Serious Incidents:9:30pm Cross & Allison RobberyTwo men parked their car and started walking home when they were approached by four men with knives and guns. One victim told Ingleside Officers Coss and Quinlan that he was struck from behind and fell forward to the ground. The other victim said that three suspects then approached him, one of them with a knife demanding money. When the victim said he didn’t have any, one suspect lunged forward and tried to stab him. The victim blocked the knife with his arm suffering a severe cut. Another suspect then took out a handgun and pointed it at one victim and said he would shoot him if he didn’t give him the money. While being held at gunpoint, another suspect rifled through the victim’s pockets removing a wallet. All four suspects then escaped south on Cross Street. The stabbed victim was treated at St. Luke’s Hospital for his wounds. The loss was a wallet containing identification driver’s license, credit cards, debit cards, medical cards, and cash.
