Richland Possession of a Firearm
Ingleside Officers Coss and Marshall were on patrol when they
spotted a man walking down the street with what appeared to be a firearm
partially concealed in the small of his back. The officers exited their patrol
car and asked the man stop and put his hands on the hood of a vehicle. He
complied and the officers removed a loaded Glock 9mm firearm. The suspect had
no criminal record, was the registered owner of the gun, but did not have a
concealed weapon permit. He was cited for the offense and his gun was
confiscated. Report number: 160920653
1:16am Blythedale &

A vehicle with paper plates and a malfunctioning light caught
the attention of Ingleside Officers Scott and Hardy. The officers pulled the

revealed car burglary tools in the glove box. The driver was cited for

asked the driver to exit the car. The officers noticed the intense smell of
alcohol on the driver’s breath. He agreed to take a roadside sobriety test and
failed the exam. He also agreed to take a breath alcohol test at Mission

Mission Att. Homicide
An argument between several people ended when one of the group
suffered life threatening injuries. Witnesses told Ingleside Officers McCall,
Lozano, Toomey, and George that two occupants in a grey Acura were arguing with
several men and women on the sidewalk. The Acura sped away southbound on
Mission Street, made a U-turn at Italy, then sped northbound on Mission toward
the men and women who had argued with them. Two people in that group had started
crossing Mission street to the east sidewalk when they saw the Acura
approaching. One of the two ran back to the sidewalk, but the other person, an
18 year old woman, stood in the lane staring at the driver. The Acura
accelerated and hit the woman sending her fifteen feet through the air and onto
the street, before it sped away. Witnesses dragged the woman to the sidewalk
and called for assistance. She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and
in critical condition with a skull fracture and other serious injuries. Report
