There will be more information to follow.Arrests:12:04am Mission & Richland Possession of a FirearmIngleside Officers Coss and Marshall were on patrol when they spotted a man walking down the street with what appeared to be a firearm partially concealed in the small of his back. The officers exited their patrol car and asked the man stop and put his hands on the hood of a vehicle. He complied and the officers removed a loaded Glock 9mm firearm. The suspect had no criminal record, was the registered owner of the gun, but did not have a concealed weapon permit. He was cited for the offense and his gun was confiscated. Report number: 1609206531:16am Blythedale & Hahn Burglary ToolsA vehicle with paper plates and a malfunctioning light caught the attention of Ingleside Officers Scott and Hardy. The officers pulled the car over and asked the driver for identification. A computer check revealed he was on probation, with a search condition, for battery. A search of his vehicle revealed car burglary tools in the glove box. The driver was cited for possession of burglary tools and released. Report number: 1609208131:34pm Cuvier & Bosworth Resisting ArrestA citizen called police to report three men sitting on the sidewalk drinking beer. Ingleside Officers Suguitan and Filamor responded and found the men at the intersection sitting next to a six pack of beer. The officers asked for identification and two of the men complied. The third suspect refused to provide information and when asked to stand up became combative and wrestled with Officer Filamor for a short time before being subdued. He was charged with resisting arrest and was booked at the county jail for the crime. Report number: 1609221049:55pm Unit Blk. Edinburgh D.U.IA citizen called police to report a vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the street on Silver Avenue. The witness followed the vehicle through the neighborhood until it stopped on the unit block of Edinburgh Street. Ingleside Officers Landis, Neuerburg, Hoge and Ahern responded and asked the driver to exit the car. The officers noticed the intense smell of alcohol on the driver’s breath. He agreed to take a roadside sobriety test and failed the exam. He also agreed to take a breath alcohol test at Mission Station, which showed a blood alcohol level almost three times the legal limit. The suspect was transported to the county jail and booked for D.U.I. Report number: 160923566Serious Incidents:4:41am 4900 Blk. Mission Att. HomicideAn argument between several people ended when one of the group suffered life threatening injuries. Witnesses told Ingleside Officers McCall, Lozano, Toomey, and George that two occupants in a grey Acura were arguing with several men and women on the sidewalk. The Acura sped away southbound on Mission Street, made a U-turn at Italy, then sped northbound on Mission toward the men and women who had argued with them. Two people in that group had started crossing Mission street to the east sidewalk when they saw the Acura approaching. One of the two ran back to the sidewalk, but the other person, an 18 year old woman, stood in the lane staring at the driver. The Acura accelerated and hit the woman sending her fifteen feet through the air and onto the street, before it sped away. Witnesses dragged the woman to the sidewalk and called for assistance. She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and in critical condition with a skull fracture and other serious injuries.
