Arleta RobberyIngleside Officers Jensen and Carew were dispatched to a home on Raymond Street to investigate a report of a robbery and assault. When they arrived they found the male victim bleeding from his nose and a swollen upper lip. Jensen and Carew requested and ambulance and while waiting for it to arrive asked the victim what happened. He told the officers he was walking home and was suddenly confronted by two suspects who, after saying “what’s up”, punched him in the face several times causing him to fall down. While on the ground, the suspects went through his backpack and stole a cell phone and house keys.
