Blk Bayshore Blvd Robbery
Officers Ali and Alday responded to a report of a physical
altercation. Upon arrival, the officers
made contact with the victim, who was on scene and being treated by
medics. The victim told the officers
that three suspects had shoplifted from his store. When he confronted the suspects, they ignored
him and left the store with the merchandise.
The victim told the suspects not to return to the store. The suspects got into a vehicle, but not
before attempting to steal more merchandise from an outside display. The victim grabbed clay pot and threw it
towards the suspect vehicle, striking it in the windshield. Two of the suspects then exited the vehicle
and began to physically assault the victim by punching and scratching him. The suspects got back into their vehicle and
threatened to return to shoot the victim and break the store windows. This incident is currently under
