All are welcome to attend. Thank you.Arrests:1:00am 3200 Blk Mission Battery of a Police OfficerAn inebriated man walking down the street started swinging wildly at people walking along the sidewalk. One of his punches connected, with the victim suffering a blow to his face. Witnesses called police and Ingleside Officers Joseph and Marshall arrived and observed the suspect pushing and yelling at another man. Officer Marshall approached the suspect and told him to stop pushing another pedestrian. The suspect ignored the officer’s commands and instead fought off all attempts to control his behavior by pushing and slapping at officer Marshall. Both officers, after a brief struggle, were able to place the suspect in custody before being transferred to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment of his minor injuries. Report number: 1603143134:34pm Alemany/Geneva D.U.IA motorists driving southbound on #280 noticed a black Mercedes ahead of him driving erratically. He called dispatch saying he suspected the driver might be inebriated because he was weaving across several lanes of traffic and had struck objects on the shoulder. The Mercedes and the following motorist exited onto Alemany Blvd. where the witness flagged down Ingleside Officers Paras and Gil who followed the Mercedes driver and stopped the vehicle at Geneva Avenue. The driver told the officers that he had a consumed one 12 ounce can of beer during the afternoon. He also said he had only consumed a packet of Ramen noodles and a can of Vienna sausages during the day. He was given a roadside sobriety test and failed the exam. He was transported to Mission Station for an Intoxilizer test and later to the County Jail where he was booked for D.U.I.Report number: 1603158945:55pm Oxford/Silliman MarijuanaIngleside Officers Joseph and Tweedy were sent to investigate a report of a vehicle doing “donuts” in the street. When they arrived on scene they found the suspected vehicle, an older Ford Mustang, parked next to other cars with several young men standing around. The owner of the Mustang denied doing donuts. One of the other vehicles was an older Toyota Solara double parked in the street. Inside the Solara the officers spotted a significant amount of marijuana in a center cup holder. The owner said he had a valid medical marijuana card. But the card he showed the officers expired in February. The officers searched the Toyota and discovered packages of marijuana under the front and rear seats, in the rear foot wells, and in a cup holder. The driver was cited for possessing a larger amount of marijuana that was allowed by law.
