Arrests:

4:02pm       Brookdale & Santos                        Resisting Arrest
A citizen flagged down Ingleside Officers Chew and Dominguez that a woman was lying on her back in the middle of the street at Brookdale and Santos. The officers responded and found the woman, who has a medical condition, and who they recognize from previous contacts. The officers summoned medical assistance and were securing the area when a man approached and started yelling at the officers. The man, who has a serious criminal history and is the subject of a restraining order for domestic violence, refused the officers request to leave the area. He continued to harass the officers while they comforted the woman and waited for medical assistance. The restraining order forbids his presence in the area of the medical emergency. After a prolonged physical struggle, the suspect was placed in handcuffs and taken to Ingleside Station for booking. The woman was transported to UCSF Hospital for treatment. Report number: 160245445

7:05pm       4900 Blk Mission                              Warrant Arrest
A man picked the wrong time and place to jaywalk, right in front of Ingleside Officers Archilla and Fabela. The officers stopped their vehicle and were about to issue a warning to the errant pedestrian when they noticed the telltale sign of a methamphetamine pipe sticking out of his pocket. The officers placed the suspect in custody. During the arrest, the officers noticed a woman loitering near the suspect. The man under arrest said that the woman was his girlfriend. She told the officers she was on probation with a search condition for several narcotics convictions. She also had a warrant for her arrest. The officers searched the woman and found another narcotics pipe along with several prescription bottles with the name of the patient crossed out. The bottles contained prescription narcotics. The boyfriend was cited and released at the scene. His girlfriend was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for the narcotics violations and the warrant. Report number: 160245912
