Arrests:7:44am 100 Blk Precita NarcoticsIngleside Officers Haurscarriague and Seaborn stopped a man riding his bike on the sidewalk and discovered he was a rolling narcotics delivery service. The man, who had several felony convictions, was carrying a backpack loaded with baggies of methamphetamine, sixteen needles loaded with the same drug, and other items. He also had a stun gun in one of his pockets. He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked on a variety of narcotic charges as well as being a felon in possession of s stun gun.
