Arrests:

1:07am       Geneva/Mission            Grand Theft
During their regular patrol, Officers Wells and Hoge were driving southbound on Mission in a marked radio car. As they were driving, the automatic License Plate Reader, detected the car in front of their police car to be stolen. Upon confirmation of the stolen vehicle, the officers performed a felony stop on the vehicle and detained the driver and passenger. The officers transported the suspects to Ingleside station for further investigation. During a booking counter search, a significant amount of drugs and currency were discovered. Based on Officer Hoge’s experience, he was able to conclude the drugs were meant for sale rather than personal use. The suspects were booked at Ingleside station for a number of felony and misdemeanor charges. The stolen vehicle was ultimately towed after the investigation. Report number: 150855593
