11:13pm     2000 Blk Rolph                                Drugs                    Ingleside Officers Seavy, Barajas, and Padilla were patrolling in an unmarked police vehicle when they spotted a GMC Suburban double parked on Naples Street with two men talking to the driver. The officers drove past the vehicle and noticed the driver looking back with a startled look on his face. The officers went around the block and then back to Naples but the truck was gone and so where the pedestrians. A short time later, the officers spotted the same vehicle blocking the sidewalk on the 200 block of Rolph Street. The driver was across the street from the vehicle. The officers got out of their car and asked if the driver owned the truck. He said yes. He also admitted to being on probation with a search and seizure provision out of San Mateo County. The officers searched the truck and found significant quantities of methamphetamine and cocaine along with baggies for packaging and a small scale for weighing the narcotics. The suspect was arrested for possession of narcotics for sale and taken to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number: 150655008

A woman sitting on a MUNI streetcar was robbed of her possessions. The victim told Ingleside Officers Watts and Calupad that an unknown man approached her and snatched her purse. The victim struggled to hold on to her property but eventually surrendered the purse to the robber, who got off the streetcar and ran away. The loss was the purse, identification, keys, cell phone, and a Muni Fast Pass. Report number: 150654204
