Arrests:
1:09am London/Brazil Warrant
Ingleside Officers Franceschi, Hardy, and Scott were
on routine patrol in an area known for auto burglaries when they heard a
vehicle alarm go off. They immediately saw a male riding a bike away from the
vicinity of the car alarm. The suspect made an immediate turn and began
traveling in the opposite direction and was observed to have made a throwing
motion, followed by a metallic sound on the sidewalk. Contact was made and the
suspect immediately stated he had nothing to do with the alarm and he was just
sitting there when it suddenly sounded. A window punch was recovered from the
sideway. In addition, a wire cutter, and a pipe were found in his backpack. A
records check revealed he had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken to
Ingleside station and booked for the burglary tools, warrant, and traffic

Santos Robbery
W/Gun
A
Muni passenger was robbed at gun point in evening hours on a 05/23/2015.
Surveillance footage was viewed by Officers Johnson, and Obot. They observed
the male enter the rear door of the Muni bus and forcibly rob the victim at gunpoint.
The suspect was a male with twisted hair, mustache, beard and distinctive jaw
line. While on routine patrol, Officers Johnson and Obot observed a male
standing outside the doorway of 35 Santos. He was recognized as the assailant
from the video of the Muni incident. Contact was made and an on hand mug shot
positively identified him as the gunman. A criminal check revealed him to be on
felony probation. He was taken to Ingleside Station where a cold show was
conducted and he was positively identified as the gunman by the victim. The
suspect was booked on robbery with a weapon, and probation violation. Report

Serious Incidents:
11:48am 1633
Valencia Drugs
FTO Leong and Officer Thomson were dispatched to 1633 Valencia St in
regard to a homeless encampment. Upon arrival, a grey and orange tent was
observed to be obstructing part of the sidewalk. Contact was made and a male
and female came from within the tent. A safety pat down was conducted. An object
with a pointed tip was felt on the male. The item was verified to be a glass
pipe enclosed in a plastic bag. In addition to the pipe, a crystal like substance
was found in the plastic bag. It was suspected to be methamphetamine. The
suspect was identified and found to have two outstanding traffic warrants and was
on probation out of San Francisco County.
The female suspect provided a
false name when requested. However, her real name was provided when confronted.
She was found to have a warrant out of Napa County for probation violation. Both
suspects complained of not feeling feel and were transported to SF General
Hospital. A Substance was found where the female suspect had been sitting. It
was tested and found to be positive for Heroin. The powered substance on the
male was tested and found to be positive for methamphetamine. Both suspects were booked at the county jail
after being medically cleared. Report

10:10pm 2035 Alemany
Blvd Robbery W/Gun
Ingleside Officers Macaulay
and Wells responded to a 911 call regarding a robbery with a gun. Contact was
made with the 911 caller. He stated he observed a gunman approach a family and pointed
the gun at them. The gunman then gestured with another suspect that was
standing behind the family and they left immediately. The caller stated that he
would be able to identify the gunman.
Contact was made with the
family. They spoke only Spanish. A certified Spanish speaker was requested and
Sergeant Tiffe responded. She spoke with the family. On multiple accounts from
the family members, the gunman approached the family and spontaneously yelled,
“Give me your phones and wallets.” The
male in the family, afraid for his life, gave up his phone and wallet. Upon
gaining the family’s property, the Gunman left. No one in the family witness
the second suspect standing behind them. The male stated he would not be able
to identify the gunman. Multiple units searched area with no results. Report
