The officers quickly ran out of the way and one officer started pointing his flashlight towards the Toyota driver. Officer Jones yelled “Stop” and the driver slammed on the brakes narrowly stopping before colliding with the ambulance. The officers walked up to the side of the car and asked the driver to roll down his window. When he did, the officers could smell the strong odor of marijuana. The driver’s eyes appeared blood shot. His passenger was smoking a marijuana cigarette. The driver was asked to exit the car and perform a series of roadside tests. He failed them all.
