Chavez/Church Burglary Tools
An alert neighbor watched as a man walked up to several
homes on her block and looked through mail boxes, entrances, and front porches.
She dialed dispatch and kept on the line while describing the suspect as he
meandered down the block from home to home. Ingleside Officers Cuenca and
Clemente arrived soon after and placed the suspect in custody. A search of his
clothing revealed several items used to break into automobiles including a set
of “shaved keys”. A records check turned up an outstanding warrant for his
arrest. The suspect was arrested for possession of burglary tools and
transported to the County Jail. Report number: 150174177

of a Loaded Firearm
Neighbors, losing patience, called police to report a loud
party going on inside an older model Mercedes parked on the street. When
Ingleside Officers Lucia and Hackard arrived they found the windows rolled up
in the marijuana smoked filled car with five men and a woman inside. Another
empty vehicle was parked in front of the Mercedes and had its windows down and
its radio on full blast. The officers removed all five occupants one of whom
admitted to being in the business of selling marijuana besides smoking his
inventory. He had several baggies packaged for sale and a small digital scale
in one of his pockets. Underneath the front seat was a loaded .22 caliber
pistol that was reported stolen 4 years ago in Folsom, California. The firearm
belonged to the marijuana seller who, because of previous arrests, was not
allowed to have a concealed weapon. He was arrested for possession of marijuana
for sale and illegal possession of a concealed weapon along with several other
felonies and misdemeanors. Report number: 150174854
