Arrests:

0:23am       Mission/Geneva            DUI
Officers Lozano and McCall were on patrol when they observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed without the headlights on.  They affected a traffic stop and smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on the driver’s breath.  The driver admitted to having consumed alcohol.  His eyes were bloodshot and his speech was slurred.  The suspect was Spanish speaking and a certified Spanish officer responded and assisted in the translation.  A record check revealed the driver had no license issued in the State of California.

The driver agreed to submit to field sobriety tests, which he failed.  He was placed under arrest and voluntarily submitted to a blood test.  He was transported to Mission Station where a phlebotomist responded and drew blood.  The officers seized the envelope and delivered it to Southern Station.  The vehicle was towed to Auto Return and the suspect was booked at the county jail. Report number 120733010

2:30am       300 Blk Naples              Warrant
Officers Contreras was dispatched to a fight.  He arrived on scene where other Ingleside officers had arrived prior and had the parties separated.  A record check revealed two outstanding warrants for one of the suspects and he was taken into custody.  No one was injured.  Report number 120733145

2:40am       1500 Blk Treat              Poss. Stolen Property
Officers Preston was sent to investigate a male loitering in the area and trying to open front doors.  He detained an individual matching the description who was pushing two bicycles and had a lock in his hand.  The suspect threw the lock and fled on foot.  Various Ingleside units, along with Officer Preston, gave chase and were able to find the suspect underneath a parked vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident.

Officer Preston returned to the original location and seized the bicycles.  One of them returned as having been stolen.  A record check of the suspect revealed he was on parole with a no bail warrant.  Officers took pictures of the stolen items for evidence. The suspect was booked at the instruction of Sgt. Gasanyan.  A search of the area was negative for any further victims. Report number 120731553
