12:05pm 1100 blk Geneva Dog Bite
Officer Bernard was working at Ingleside assigned to station duty when a victim came to report a dog bite. Officer Bernard prepared a report regarding the incident. The victim told the officer that while at local bar he went outside for a moment, which is when one of the other patrons dog bit him on the ankle causing a puncture wound. The injury was not life threatening. Report number 120544152
1:05pm Carrizal/Parque Robbery
Officers Peregoy, Trail and Sergeant Knoble of the Gang Task Force responded to a carjacking near Carrizal. The victim describes the suspects as a Black male with a dark complexion, approximately 5’7”, weighing 200 lbs., is between the ages of 21-22 years old and has a scruffy beard. This suspect was last seen wearing a Black and Yellow baseball cap, a Black jacket, Black pants and Black and Yellow Air Force One sneakers. The second suspect is described as a Black male with a light complexion, approximately 5’8”, weighing 150 lbs, is between the ages of 22-24 and also has a scruffy beard. This suspect was last seen wearing a Black beanie, a Beige coat, Black pants, and Black shoes. The first suspect was driving a 2003 Black Cadillac CTS, the vehicle has red pin stripes on both sides, Chrome colored rims with Red inside and a red skirt along the bottom. The second suspect is driving the victim’s car which is described as a 1996 Lexus SC400, 2 door, Green with a Red pinstripe on both sides of the vehicle. The victim described the incident to the officers; on July 9th he was approached by the first suspect. The suspect asked the victim if he would be interested in buying the suspects rims, the victim agreed and exchanged phone numbers. The next day the victim had arranged a meeting place, but the first suspect contacted the victim and told him his car was overheating and that they would need to meet somewhere else. When the victim arrived at the suspects location both suspects were now present and were acting as if the car was overheated. The victim and first suspect had conversed about one another’s cars until both suspects revealed their firearms and told the victim to give them everything he had. The victim gave the suspects $2000 in cash and other property and was then forced to give the suspects his car keys. During the entire exchange threats were made to the victim who had feared for his life. Sergeant Knoble then provided the victim with a photo lineup; the victim positively identified both suspects. 4:00pm 400 blk Church Theft
Officer Bernard was on duty at Ingleside station to assist the victim of a theft. The victim was inside a building when a black female suspect and black male suspect approached her. They asked for directions to Chinatown, the victim then got up leaving her purse behind her to assist the suspects. As the victim was talking with the female suspect the male suspect had stood near her purse. When the victim returned home she realized that her wallet and various credit cards had been stolen. The victim believes that the female acted as a distraction so the male suspect could steal her wallet. Report number 120544362
9:14pm 1100 blk Geneva Battery
Officers Morse and Gomez were dispatched to a local bar regarding a battery incident. The victim proceeded to tell the officers what had happened. The victim and his girlfriend were in the bar when the first suspect placed a glass on a bar stool, the victim had asked the suspect if it was ok to sit down. The suspect became irate and began swearing to the victim. After the argument the victim went to the restroom where the first suspect was standing, as the victim entered the restroom he attempted to apologize to the suspect, the suspect then punched the victim twice in the right eye. Both suspects fled on a Black Harley Davidson motorcycle. The first suspect is described as a white/Hispanic male, early 40’s, grey short cropped hair, 5’10, a medium build and significant lazy eyes. The first suspect was last seen wearing a flannel jacket over a grey hooded sweatshirt and had dark colored jeans. The second suspect is described as a female with long red hair, mid to late 40’s, short and heavyset. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the word “Frisco” written in red letters. Report number 120544817
11:45pm Mission/Highland Robbery
Officers Dominguez and Ma were called to Mission and Highland in regards to a robbery. The victim states she had been walking down Mission St. and that an unknown suspect ran up to her and mumbled something; the suspect then grabbed the victim’s purse and fled on foot. During the struggle the victim hit the pavement. The victim describes the suspect as a dark skinned male approximately 6’0” with a thin build. Other Ingleside units arrived and assisted in the search of the area but did not find the suspect. Report number 120545172

Officer Peregrina was on patrol on Mission Street when he was flagged down by a witness to a graffiti tagging. The witness states she saw two unknown suspects vandalizing a local business. The Officer searched the area but found no one. Report number 120545263
