Arrests:

8:22am                5100 Blk Mission          Graffiti
Officers Brandt and Barcena-Bosnich were on patrol when they on viewed a male spray painting a building.  They immediately exited the vehicle and placed him under arrest.  He was transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation.  The officers searched the immediate area and found the same tag/graffiti on another building and a bus shelter.  They took pictures of the damage which they booked at Ingleside station.  They provided all property owners with follow up information. 

An arrest search located several cans of spray enamel in the suspect’s backpack which were booked into evidence.  The suspect also had black spray enamel on the front and back of his hands.  The officers took pictures of these as well.  At the instruction of Sgt. Sarkissian, he was cited and released for the vandalism.  Report 120430830   ***BEST ON VIEW ARREST OF THE DAY***

4:30pm                1800 Blk Sunnydale     Warrant
Officers Archilla, Pereira and Morse were in search of a suspect with a no bail warrant.  Because of prior contacts with the suspect, and the fact that they knew where he resided, they responded to the address.  The suspect answered the door and he was taken into custody without incident.  He was transported to Ingleside station and booked upon confirmation of the warrant.  Report 120431844

5:25pm                Geneva/Parque             Warrant
Officers Barajas and Lustenberger were on patrol when they spotted an individual driving a vehicle who they knew had an outstanding warrant.  They affected a traffic stop, identified him by his California Driver’s License and took him into custody.  He was transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation.  Upon confirmation of the warrant, he was booked at the instruction of Sgt. Lozada.  Report 120432096

7:40pm                600 Blk Alemany          Vandalism
Officers Phillips, Hart and Uang were on patrol in the Alemany Housing Projects when they were dispatched to the vandalism of a vehicle.  They met with the victim who told them that she was driving down the street when several suspects began throwing objects at her vehicle.  She pulled her car over and noticed damage to the windshield, as well as scratches to the body.  She provided a description of the suspects and said she could identify them if she saw them again.  The officers provided her with follow up information and searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspects.  Report 120429667

10:00pm              Unit Blk Chenery         Tire Slashing
Officer Frisk was sent to investigate damage to several vehicles whose tires had been slashed.  She spoke with the victims who stated they parked and secured their vehicles and when they returned found the tires flattened.  None of the victims were able to provide any suspect information and there were no witnesses.  Officer Frisk provided them with follow up information.  There were other vehicles in the immediate area whose tires looked flattened as well.  Officer Frisk was unable to locate the owners and left follow up information on their windshields.  There were no cameras in the area which may have captured the incident on tape.  Report 120430620
