3:18am Unit blk Caine Warrant Arrest
While Officers McCall and Ma were on patrol they witnessed a vehicle driving in circles at a high rate of speed and leaving skid marks in the intersection. The Officers pulled the vehicle over and after doing a records check they learned that the driver had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested and transported to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number 120128201
1:57pm 300 blk Athens Narcotics Paraphernalia
Officers Hurwitz, Rueca, and Jones were conducting an investigation. They noticed a man sitting in a vehicle with no license plates. The Officers suspected the person might be involved in criminal activity so they approached the suspect. The suspect was very rude and agitated towards the Officers. The Officers believed that the suspect might fight them, so he was placed in handcuffs. The suspect notified the Officers that he was on probation so the Officers searched him and his vehicle. They found a glass pipe located above the sun visor that had methamphetamine residue in it. The suspect was sighted for the paraphernalia and then released. Report number 120129635
11:46pm Unit blk Army DUI
While Officers McMilton and Morse were on patrol they witnessed a car stopped at a green light. A witness confirmed that the man in the car was passed out and he was unable to wake him up. The Officers began to bang on the window but the man would not wake up. An ambulance and a fire truck were called to the scene to assist in waking the man up. After five minutes the man finally woke up and exited the vehicle. The man had extremely slurred speech and could not stand on his own. The Medics said he needed medical attention because he had an irregular heartbeat and he was transported to Kaiser. The suspect agreed to give a blood sample and he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Report number 120131038

A man came into Ingleside Station to report that his vehicle had been broken into. The victim stated that when he returned to his vehicle he noticed that the back window had been forced down, the front door was dented, and the entire car was keyed. He was also missing a jacket and two books that were left on the back seat in plain view. The victim did not se anyone break into his car and has no idea who could have done it. 7:30pm 700 blk Silver Theft
While Officer Zabarte was on duty a woman came into Ingleside Station to report a theft. The victim told the Officer that when she returned to her vehicle she noticed that the front passenger side window was smashed. She was also missing her wallet and an electric drill that was sitting on the seat. The victim did not have any suspect information and did not know of any witnesses. Report number 120128580
