              Warrant
SFCCPD Officer Chang responded to a report of a stalking.  The officer contacted a suspect, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.  A records check revealed that the suspect was wanted on two outstanding warrants.  The suspect was arrested.  Report 110942914

Unit Blk Dalewood Way
        Burglary
Sgt. Lozada and Officer Yuen were on patrol when dispatch broadcasted a description of a vehicle possibly involved in a burglary incident.  The officers spotted a vehicle matching the description provided occupied by three possible suspects.  The officers approached the vehicle as all three suspects exited the vehicle and fled.  The officers gave chase and lost the suspects in the area.  The officers continued to search for the suspects and spotted one running.  The officers recognized him as the driver from the suspect vehicle.  The officers caught up with the suspect and detained him pending further investigation.  A witness positively identified the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle.  The suspect was subsequently booked on burglary charges.  Report 110944001 ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY!!***

Officers Hopkins and several other officers responded to an address to serve a search warrant.  The officers located several different types of narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia indicating narcotic sales.  One suspect was arrested on narcotic charges.  Report 110944750

Officers Dominguez and Benevidez responded to a report of an assault.  The victim was exiting a bar when he felt something hit him in the head, which he believed was a glass bottle.  The victim did not see who threw the bottle.  Report 110947049

7:30am           100 Blk Brazil Ave                 Graffiti
Officer Marino was dispatched to a report of graffiti.  The victim looked outside of his front window and saw an empty bottle of alcohol leaning up against a utility pole in front of his residence.  The victim also saw a mound of dog feces on the edge of his property.  The victim exited his residence and found that there was fresh graffiti sprayed on the stairwell.  Report 110942798

Sgt. Miller responded to a report of shots fired into a residence.  The victim said that recently her roof began to leak.  The victim hired a roofer to fix the leak.  The roofer located a spent bullet on the roof.  The victim found two possible bullet holes in her roof.  The victim was unsure of when the shots might have been fired into her roof.  Report 110943683

Officers Pai and Araujo were dispatched to a report of a robbery.  The victim had been standing on the sidewalk by herself in front of BART.  The victim had her head down as she worked on her iTouch.  The suspect approached her and yanked the iTouch out of her hands.  The suspect fled.  Report 110943053

Officer Hui responded to a report of a theft.  The victim had left his cell phone on the front counter in his business and went into the back.  The victim heard the front door close so he went back to the front of the store to see who had entered the business.  The victim said he did not see anyone in the store, but realized his cell phone was missing.  The victim went out to the sidewalk in front of the store and saw three possible suspects fleeing the area.  Report 110943332

Sgt. Miller was dispatched to a report of an assault.  The victim and suspect know each other.  The suspect was doing some repair work on stairs in the garage.  The victim made a critical comment towards the suspect’s work, and the suspect became angry.  The suspect grabbed the victim’s shirt near the neck and held it for a few seconds.  The victim did not want to press charges and the suspect apologized to the victim.  Report 110943536

Officers Kneuker and Tam were dispatched to a burglary.  The victim stated that she opened her garage door.  As the door opened, a suspect walked from the sidewalk into the garage.  The suspect picked up a golf bag and then walked out of the garage.  The suspect fled.  The victim recognized the suspect from prior contact.  Report 110944926

PSA Cato took a report regarding threats.  The victim was driving her vehicle, attempting to exit a parking lot.  A vehicle was blocking the exit so that the victim was unable to leave the lot.  The victim stated the suspect driving the other vehicle began yelling at her, and threatening to kill her.  The suspect exited her vehicle and approached the victim’s vehicle.  The suspect kicked the victim’s vehicle and continued to yell obscenities.  The suspect fled.  Report 110944631
