12:13am 3100 Blk Mission St Battery
Officers Baldovino and Otaguro responded to a report of a battery. The two parties involved had been in a physical altercation regarding issues that they had with each other in the past. The parties involved and all of the witnesses were highly intoxicated. Both involved parties wanted to press charges, so they were both cited for battery. Report 110787500
7:10am 1600 Blk Valencia St MPC
officer Naval was dispatched to a report of a verbal argument. The suspect was accused of harassing people in front of a business. The witness wanted the suspect cited, and he signed a citizen’s arrest. The suspect was cited for harassment. Report 110784863
4:55pm Unit Blk Phelan Ave Resisting SFCCPD Officer Bermudez was on patrol in the library when he was alerted to a suspect that appeared to be intoxicated. The officer made contact with the suspect, who was swaying in his chair and smelled strongly of alcohol. The suspect became belligerent when the officer attempted to verify the suspect’s identity. The suspect started to yell, causing a commotion, and became physically combative. Two other officers responded to assist, as the suspect continued to resist. The suspect was finally detained and arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest. Report 110786411
7:03pm Mission & Kingston St Alcohol
Officers Habib and Pereira were on patrol when they spotted a suspect sitting on the sidewalk with an open container of alcohol in his lap. The suspect matched the description of the suspect who had just shoplifted alcohol from a nearby business. The suspect admitted to stealing the alcohol, but was willing to pay for it. The business agreed not to press charges since the suspect paid for the alcohol. The suspect was cited for having an open container of alcohol. Report 110783752
9:00pm San Jose & Randall D.U.I.
Officer Garcia was on patrol when he was dispatched to a report of a drunk driver. Several other officers also responded. The suspect had several signs of being under the influence of alcohol including bloodshot and watery eyes. He was extremely unsteady on his feet and had to use a vehicle to steady his balance. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Report 110787005
11:40pm 4700 Blk Mission St Warrant
Officers Paras and Shugars responded to a business to do a passing call. The owner of the business wanted a suspect to leave the premise. The officers made contact with the suspect, who appeared to be heavily intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had an outstanding warrant and he was arrested. Report 110787378

Officers Hauscarriague and Cassinelli responded to a report of a battery, where they located two victims. The two victims had been punched in the face by three suspects. The suspects fled the scene. Report 110787594
6:00am 2400 Blk Diamond St Theft
Officer Frisk was took a report of theft from a vehicle. The victim’s vehicle window had been smashed and several items stolen from inside. Report 110785463
2:00pm 500 Blk Campbell St Burglary
CPSA’s Reynolds and Der responded to a report of a burglary. The victim had returned home and found his garage door lifted slightly. The victim had secured his garage door prior to leaving his residence. The victim realized that items were missing from inside his home. Report 110785974
2:17pm 600 Blk Moscow St Fraud
Officer Goldsborough was dispatched to a report of a fraud case. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect had opened a credit account in her name without her permission. Several items were purchased used the account. Report 110785902
2:32pm San Jose & Ocean Ave Graffiti
Officers Hart and Duffin were dispatched to a report of graffiti. Several other officers responded and three possible suspects were detained. The officers located freshly written graffiti on a stairway wall. The suspect’s identities were recorded, and they were released pending further investigation. Report 110785968
2:38pm 5000 Blk Mission St Theft
Officer Hom responded to a report of a shoplifting. The victim showed the officer store surveillance video of a suspect removing several bottles of alcohol from shelves and concealing them on his person. A second suspect was also present, acting to shield the first suspect from the store employees. Later, the second suspect also takes alcohol from the shelves and conceals it on his person. The suspects fled the business with no attempt to pay for the items. Report 110786449
3:00pm Unit Blk Gold Mine Theft
Officers Hauscarriague and Cassinelli were dispatched to a report of a theft. The victim had invited the suspect into her residence. The victim left the suspect alone in her room for a couple of minutes. When she returned, the suspect was leaving out of the front door, while telling the victim he had to leave. The victim looked in her wallet and realized cash was missing from inside. The suspect had fled by this time. Report 110786803
6:15pm Unit Blk Murray St Theft
Officers Habib and Pereira were dispatched to a report of a theft. The victim had been sitting in the passenger side of her vehicle holding her cell phone in her hand. She saw a suspect ride by on his bicycle. The suspect returned and asked the victim for her name. Before the victim could say anything, the suspect reached into the vehicle and grabbed the victim’s cell phone from her hand. The suspect fled. Report 110786615

CPSA’s Der and Reynolds responded to a report of a burglary. The victim had left her bathroom window opened when she left her residence. Upon returning home, she realized there were items missing from inside. Report 110785441
11:50pm Mission & Acton Vandalism
Officers Morse and McMilton responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. The victim was stopped at a red light when another vehicle pulled up next to hers. The victim heard a loud bang and the second vehicle sped off. The victim followed the suspect vehicle temporarily, but then stopped to call police. The window of the victim’s vehicle had been shattered, but officers were unable to locate what caused the damage. Report 110787425
