4:40am Sgt. John V. Young Battery
Officer Frazier was at on duty at Ingleside station when a cab driver came in to report a fare in his cab refusing to pay. The officer went outside to contact the suspect in regards to her refusal to pay the driver. The suspect was under the influence of alcohol, and began to ramble incoherently. The officer placed the suspect under arrest for being intoxicated in public. When the suspect was brought into the station for processing, she kicked the officer in the leg, causing him pain. She was additionally charged with battery on a police officer. Report 110813779
2:09pm Madrid & Brazil Assault
Officers Chew and Lim responded to a report of an assault. The victim and suspect were involved in a physical altercation with each other over their dogs. The victim claimed the suspect attempted to punch her in the face, but missed. The suspect denied trying to punch the victim. The victim wanted to press charges and signed a citizen’s arrest against the suspect. The suspect was arrested. Report 110812044
4:23pm 700 Blk Paris St Burglary
Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague responded to a residence in an attempt to locate a suspect wanted for a burglary. The officers contacted the suspect and took him into custody without further incident. Report 110737044
4:40pm Rolph & Mission St Warrant
Officer Naval was in a marked police vehicle, parked. The suspect approached the officer’s vehicle and wanted to talk with him. The suspect gave the officer his information, and conducted a records check. The check revealed the suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The suspect was arrested. Report 110812420

12:30pm 2700 Blk Diamond Burglary
CPSAs Reynolds and Der were dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim believed two unknown suspects had entered the premise by forcing their way in through the front door. No items were taken but a witness reportedly saw two unknown men in the lobby area of the apartment complex. Report 110812157
2:41pm San Jose & Seneca Battery
Officer Bernard was en route to a call when he on-viewed two females in a physical fight. Several other officers responded, and the fight was broken up. The suspects both admitted that they did not get along and have problems in the past. Neither suspect wanted any further police action and refused to press charges against each other. 4:00pm 3700 Blk Mission St Robbery
Officers Lim and Chew were dispatched to a report of a robbery. The victim was standing on the sidewalk when he saw two suspects approaching. One of the suspects grabbed the gold chain the victim was wearing and yanked it so that it broke and came loose. The suspects fled with his necklace. Report 110812204
5:00pm 500 Blk 27th St Burglary
Officer Morgante responded to a report of a burglary. The victim parked his vehicle inside an unlocked garage. Upon returning to his car, he realized that a suspect had stolen several items out of the inside of the car. Report 110811494
9:25pm 1800 Blk Sunnydale Ave Burglary
Officers Apodaca and Gabriel were dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim left her residence locking her door and leaving all of her windows closed and locked. When the victim returned home, she noticed that the deadbolt on the door was easier to open. The victim said her laptop had been taken from inside the residence. Report 110813161
